United KingdomThe parking fee is quite expensive, but this is probably typical of Switzerland.
Our apartment seemed brand new- everything was clean and fresh. The interior is really comfortable and well-planned. The kitchen was well-stocked with crockery, cutlery and cookware. There was also a Nespresso machine. The shower was very clean, and spacious. Our bed was actually two pushed together and was very comfy as well. The location is hard to beat because it is so close to everything in the town centre; supermarket 1 minute walk, two great cafes 1 minute, and the cable car station 2 minutes. The check in period was very short; however, the staff explained the late check in arrangements very well abd we got access easily. Make sure you bring the correct Swiss adaptor; however, you can borrow one from reception with a returnable deposit.

JordanDespite being clearly clean, it had a rancid smell which was very off putting. Sofa bed and pillows not very comfortable. Bathroom had barely any privacy, it’s very poorly designed.
Incredible location, great views, beautifully designed, fairly clean. Great access to many hikes and outdoor activities.

Perfect location on slopes, modern chalet style and appartement has everything you need including kitchen equipment. Staff at reception and bistro extremely helpful and friendly! Lived to croissants you can order on site for breakfast.

United StatesEven though there was a cleaning fee there was a detailed list of chores for us to do before leaving such as strip the beds, and put all the dishes away (usually we would expect to turn on the dishwasher) and carry out the garbage. At 8 am there was a pile of fresh bedding sitting outside the room ready for flipping the room even though the place was not full. We felt harassed by this.
We stayed in an apartment which was quite comfortable for 3. The location was good walking distance to lift and supermarket though Zinal is tiny and most things are walking distance!

SwitzerlandThe only remark is the check-out time: 10am can be a bit too early sometimes, especially if you want to leave the apartment in order. But this is a very minor problem.
It's a very convenient accommodation with very nice view of Mount Besso from the bedroom. Kitchen was very well supplied with all kinds of cutleries and pans while dish-washer was very helpful. We found also some coffee capsules and detergents which were quite handy. Even though it was low season, there were two restaurants open within 100 metres and next to one of them there was the supermarket. Parking is also very convenient and just outside of it you can start your hiking trails.

SwitzerlandOn the ground floor, our windows faced the playground and we felt a bit exposed, so we needed to stay with our curtains closed. Also if the amenities had a pool or a sauna - it could turn this place into an absolutely fantastic stay!
Immediate access to cross-country ski trail from the room, also to the alpine ski lifts, convenient parking, quiet rooms. Gaming rooms for the kids are great as well. The surrounding nature is a real gem!

Spain-Sofa bed not so comfy to sleep. -Check out on Sundays only available from 9AM (on booking.com it says from 8AM). Not ideal for people who need to leave early!
Very nice apartment, felt and looked very new. All utensils provided. Caquelons or raclette sets can be borrowed from reception. Amazing value for money! 5 mins from the supermarket or ski gondola. Ski room in main reception building.
