The free Wi-Fi can be a bit spotty, and there is only one shared toilet for about 5–6 rooms, but these were minor inconveniences compared to the charm, comfort, and convenience the hotel offers.

I really liked the location — right in the heart of the old town, making it very convenient to reach most of Lucerne’s attractions. The hotel is situated on the second floor, with a restaurant on the first floor, yet it remains generally quiet at night. A nice surprise was finding a small refrigerator tucked inside the cabinet, which came in handy during our stay. The staff are exceptionally friendly and make you feel right at home.

The hotel is truly right in the heart of the city! You can easily reach tourist attractions on foot without even needing public transportation. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the main train station, which is very convenient. Considering the price, I think it's a very good place. My room was clean, and I didn't experience any issues. The shared bathrooms were spotless, and I had no discomfort at all. In short, I was very satisfied in terms of location and cleanliness. If you're looking for an affordable and central place, I definitely recommend it!

There was a kettle and cups but no tea bags - not a big deal. The walls are thin, so you can hear people rising. If you want to sleep in, it may not be suitable.

The location is perfect, in the heart of the old city, so all the sites to see are close by. The staff were great, so nice and helpful. They accommodate for you if you're going to arrive late. You can leave your bags the next day. Would stay again. Good value.

Rather have queen bed instead of 2 twins. Shared toilet and shower was new experience but manageable. Accessible from restaurant and connected room could be concern for security but had no problems.

The accomodation is very close to everything. The host especially the young girl - forgot her name who was the staff in the restaurant downstairs is very pleasant, accommodating and always have a smile on her face.

Rooms were very small, shared shower between two rooms that only locked from the outside. You really relied on your neighbour not coming in while you were in there. Walls were quite thin a we could hear everything. Only one toilet for 5-6 rooms.

The proximity to everything was fantastic, check in was easy, it was clean, and staff were friendly.

There were extra pillows in the closet, but they didn’t have pillowcases. There is no cheap parking by the hotel. We had to park like 2 miles away and walk back ($24 for 24 hours) Or we could’ve paid double and parked very close.

There can't be a better location than this. Very walkable from every main attraction, ferries, bus station, train station and very centrally located. Checkin was smooth and we were accommodated with extra fan. What we didn't expect while planning our trip was the hot weather and that on Sundays almost everything is closed including the restaurant but we were able to taste delicious Veg Fried Momos the next day. Very warm hosts.

Room was a bit warm, but the table fan made it comfortable. As it's location is very central, it is almost never totally quite.

The room was clean and spacious. The room had cups, water heater, a small fridge, hair dryer and a table fan. A shower space was adjacent to the room, common toilet was just outside the room. The hotel is located just about 7 minutes away from the central train station. The hosts were very nice.

My own en suite toilet would have been better, but you get what you pay for.

Very lovely people made me feel welcome. Great hosts. Place very clean and comfortable, nice comfy bed and fluffy white towels. Very well situated in easy walking distance of railway station and lake steamers. And if walking too much buses and trolleybuses go by every few minutes.

Some dust inside the cabinets and design of the shared bathroom can be modified. It is connected by 2 rooms and it seems the another room thought they could occupy the bathroom and locked my side. Also, water comes out and get my room wet after the other room took shower. I suggest building a drain to prevent this from happening again.

Location is excellent. Walk from Lucern Station takes around 5-10mins which is very close. Easy walk to nearby tourist spots. I like the fried noodles at the restaurant and momo is good too. Remember to inform the hotel if you need an early check-in otherwise you have to wait until the restaurant opens.
