Quiet setting, not far from the train station, with plenty of parking spaces. Both lifts within walking distance. Large room with panoramic view. Very friendly and flexible personnel. Exceptional breakfast, just a shame we couldn't eat more :-).

Very helpful staff good location and restaurant and bar very cosy chalet style although quite a big hotel. Breakfast excellent and good sized room with lovely balcony view. Pool was quite cold but a good size for swimming.

The restaurant is quite expensive, more expensive than many places around. The choice of the food is rather limited. However, the food itself was really good!

Awkward way to Gym, Pool, and Spa, all on different levels. It was a pity the halfboard didnt offer the different menues. It gets boring to eat the 5 course meal every evening. It would have been nice if you could offer afternoon tea/ cafeteria with cakes from 14.30-17.00. Boring tv. No English channels on TV ( although swisscom and upc sunrise offers this)

Pretty central location 100m (uphill) to a supermarket and restaurants. Great pool / sauna at the hotel. Traditional Swiss decor hotel and early booking made it good value for money. Breakfast very good with everything from cold meats / fruit / cereals / hot options. Great shuttle bus down to the lifts and back again. I would stay again.

The spa was clean, greatly organized and over all relaxing. The supplies for towels, drinking water and tea were well replenished at wellness area. The view from our room was majestic. The swimming pool view was fantastic, most especially at sunset. It was our honeymoon weekend and they have made it truly romantic. The experience was overall 10/10 for us.

- in Arosa a typical topic, that a lot of Hotels are really in the ages, it was renovated, but finally u can feel the age sometimes in the structure

- the staff of the Hotel is very friendly and helpful - the location of the Hotel is perfect, a view meters from the main street, but not noisy aso and close to a small lake - the Hotel room was nice (top floor) with balcony, size was good - minibar was for free - there is a lot of entertainment equipment in the Hotel (Dart, table football, own bowling track, flippers, and much more) - breakfast was good, event there was not buffet, bcs we have been out of season there, but we have got everything we wanted to have - - parking for free and enough space - i've needed some print out for my business and they did it for free (thx for that)

The design is slightly old fashioned but it did not take away from the amazing service we received.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, there are direct shuttles to the train station (and ski lift). The room had a breathtaking view of the forest and snowy mountains. Breakfast was also quite pleasant.

This will not be a problem to most but will be useful if anyone needs to carry equipment to the gym. The fitness is a bit remote from the rooms and has no lift connection. It was a struggle to carry my own equipment into the fitness up and down 2 levels on the stairs. The hotel lift in the main part of the building is not connecting to the fitness and wellness and is quite small but overall dont let this turn you off.

The hotel is in. Fantastic location just an 8 minute beautiful romantic walk from the Eisbadi and the beach at Untersee. The shuttle bus to the ski lifts is very flexible and frequent and I literally never had to wait for the bus. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are plenty of electric car chargers and I didnt have to wait to charge. The wellness was quiet and well equipped with all kind of saunas and nice rest room beds. The fitness has great space to accommodate workout activities using mat and my own equipment.

Pillows were too flat/soft, had to ask for a second one, wich was gladly provided. The shoe room for ski boots were ample with space, but the heaters were never turned on, so no warm feet in the morning.

Room was spacious for a single room, with all the basics with included mini bar. Chocolate on my bed every day which was a nice touch. The spa area was modern and very clean, with lots of space. I did get a massage and it was amazing! The hotel provides a ski lift shuttle which was convenient since the hotel is slightly away from any lifts. Breakfast is adequate.

For our purpose this time , the hotel location was perfect. However for other activities I would say it is not as close to the train station and gondelas as I would have hoped - but other than that the hotel was perfect.

It was really clean. Staff were very obliging and friendly. The view from our room was gorgeous. Waiter in the restaurant was really pleasant and attentive. Great spa facilities. Perfect for a few days break to get away and enjoy yourself. Our dinner was fantastic, the best pasta dish I have had in a very long time. Loved the special touch of having a small herbal tea choice in the spa area. The resting room was like heaven with the most awesome lying chairs and spectacular views.

Pool quite cold The building is rather outdated, but this is with most hotels in Switzerland, extremely long waiting for dinner - 1 hour.
