Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SingaporeHaving to climb up 4 flight of stairs to reach lvl2 where the apartment is at. It is hard when we have 3 huge full luggages for 2 of us. No lift in the building.
Everything was sufficient. Host was nice to leave the air purifier on as well (I assume that’s the air purifier machine) kitchen was well equipped.

United StatesIt was a bit tricky to get in. An app is required for building access & a code for the front door. Tip: be sure to download the app required to open the front door of the building. Without WiFi it will not be possible to access the building.
The location is excellent & convenient to everything in Old Town Zurich. The studio is clean & well organized.

United StatesThere is really no cupboard space. 2 cupboards were private and locked. Another cupboard had cleaning appliances. Not sure where I was supposed to keep my stuff. Does not allow storage of luggage before check in or after check out.

AustraliaNoisy as situated on main road. Fast cars motor bikes sirens church bells conversations from people walking past and is above liquor store. Ear plugs provided beside bed not good sign External entry covered in graffiti No reception area. Emails advised what time and code access would be available to open lock box to enter. Difficult to understand needs video to explain procedure. Appreciated help from current residents AppleTV not functioning. 16 emails expecting us to fix problem then stay in for someone to come. Did not fix so no TV. No recompense either Welcoming book begins with notice on penalties. Too many of them. Send photos immediately of any issues. Also on departure send photo key is returned to lock box

United KingdomI would not describe this studio as deluxe since it looked tired, as did the building (it has a lot of graffiti). It has poor double glazing in an area that is very busy and noisy, certainly at the weekend. It is above a shop that sells alcohol and joints and people stand under the windows making. a lot of noise. Finding the lock box was a challenge. It was in an unmarked wooden locker. We did not receive what's app and the link wouldn't open which might have shown us where to look.
The location near to the river and between the opera and the Kunst museum was good.
