The location was perfect. I loved the view of the mountains and Staubbach Falls from window, it was constantly changing. The seclusion next to the river among the trees but still so close to shops and train station was perfect.

There was no light over the stove, and no working stove ventilation, although the apartment instructions mentioned that the vent fan must be used.

The location was wonderful- away from the crowds in Lauterbrunnen proper, with an amazing view of the mountains.

We love everything about this little cabin. It's off the beaten path and feels perfectly secluded. Everything about it is genuinely authentic, comfortable and charming. It's convenient to town and the train station but feels like a world apart. It has everything you need for a lovely stay and the hosts are always very easy to reach. This was our third stay and we are looking forward to our fourth.

Loved the spacious and light dual aspect living room with fantastic views of valley, waterfalls and snowy peaks from window and generous balcony. Very cosy and warm chalet. 10 mins walk from station over a footbridge.

It was a true Switzerland cottage, the location was amazing also. The size was very comfortable for our needs and the host was super helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

We love everything about this happy little spot and have stayed here before. The hosts are incredibly friendly and helpful and the location is wonderful. It is tucked away and might be a little tricky to find at first, but once you do it is very easy to navigate to and from the center of town. It is a classic "cabin in the woods" kind of place with a wrap around deck and gorgeous view of the waterfall. The interior is cheery and comfortable and we can't imagine staying anywhere else when we're in Lauterbrunnen.

Very small kitchen without dishwasher or washing machine, we stayed 6 nights so for us it was important. The property is quiet old there was a bit of a damp smell, but I guess it’s because a closeness to the river

Few utensils need replacements, esp the mugs. Also, the patio could be cleaner but I understand its in woods so hard to maintain. Walking direction upfront will help travelers, Google map is not very clear.

Location is excellent, 5-10 mins walk from train station, and very secluded view of the mountains, waterfall and stream, gives a very authentic swiss chalet experience. Hosts were easily accessible on Whatsapp. Listing mentions Sofa bed but to surprise, there are two twin beds in living room.

Fantastic location, 5 - 7 min walk to the station taking shortcut foot bridge, comfortable beds, fabulous hot water. We loved Apartment Stocki and had the luxury of only the 2 of us in it. The kitchen is small but functional and the balcony has a terrific view along the valley. The sitting room was an amazing place to lay out a mat for some yoga and enjoy the view through the french doors! Wifi was fab. We were able to park our van in the allotted car parking space. We thoroughly recommend this lovely Apartment and really hope to return next year. We had 10 precious days of snowboarding in Wengen & Murren, and the added bonus of some cold water therapy in the beautiful river which is accessible from the Apartment. Big thank you to Luis & Janine for sharing this heavenly spot 🙏🤗

Instruction was not very clear as we were expecting the host was there to provide us the key but in fact, we had to call him to ask for the key code.

Very nice surroundings & the apartment is very spacious. Simply love every corner of the apartment! 💕

Couple things - 1. Even though Louis is kind to provide detailed directions, it is hard to find the house as you can’t imagine house past someone’s backyard and also entrance to the house is very poorly maintained. So, you will have no idea even if you are infront of the house. We are glad we were there before sunset. If it’s hard, no way you can find this on your own as you might end up knocking someone’s door. 2. It was so hot during our stay and my kid could hardly sleep as there is no fan to cool down. Otherwise interior of the house was pretty good.

House is well maintained. Mattress was comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. Over all well maintained inside

The owner/host would have to spend a few days clearing the lot. Trees and bushes are very tall and grow next to the balcony and hide the otherwise fine view of the valley. Lots of flies and ants that come into the house so you can't keep the balcony door open. And the TV remote control is still broken as it was June 2022 according to a previous review. On arrival, an hour before we had still not received information about key etc. after a phone call to the host, we got information about the key, then we didn't hear anything more from the host, not even before check-out. And then we had to find the tourist office ourselves to pay the local tax, which the hosts always take care of earlier.

Central location within walking distance of cable cars and train station. The accommodation is as in the pictures, so no surprises there.
