This is a gorgeous hotel. The decor is amazing and has a beautiful authentic feel. Comfortable clean room. Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Staff were helpful and friendly. The pool/sauna area was lovely and so clean.

We were there during a heat wave and there is no air con.

Charming central traditional hotel, we ate there both nights , food was excellent . Professional staff. Modern rooms, with lake views.

I LIKED EVERYTHING! Minor remark, the pool water was a bit cold for me, but just right for my kids.

The swimming pool is really too cold. Although I read it in previous comments, I initially thought it might have been a one-time issue. Unfortunately, the cold temperature is a major drawback for this location. The rates are not affordable, and they really should ensure the swimming pool is at a comfortable temperature. The kids were very frustrated. Additionally, the breakfast could be improved.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were very comfortable. No air conditioning. Because it is generally cool mountain climate in summer most people will not need it if you keep you window open.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety in terms of warm dishes and healthy options.

The location is excellent — just a short walk from the train station and perfectly placed for exploring St. Moritz. The room and bathroom were spotless and comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the Wi-Fi connection was strong. Breakfast was good, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt cozy and welcoming. Highly recommended for anyone staying during the ski season in St. Moritz. Great value for the location and comfort provided.

Reception staff were amazing and so helpful. We had a free upgrade to a bigger room with a bath which was a lovely surprise. Bar area has lots of comfortable seating and open fires. Breakfast was excellent. Free transfer to and from the station. Good Wi-Fi
