How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Its a little noisy on the main road
The host was great, flexible and very responsive. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay (we stayed for 8 nights) and the free parking is a bonus. Public transport is easy from the apartment into Zurich

Extra charges for additional 2 hours of stay. We arrived there in the evening around 7 pm and checkout was next day 10 am. We asked for late checkout at 12 for which we had to pay extra. I just think it was too expensive for couple of hours stay.
apartment was super clean and spacious. Good Vibes. Enough utensils, coffee capsules were also there which was a plus point. Kitchen was stocked up with Oil, vinegar,Spices and even salt, so you dont need to buy anything urgent after arrival. LOved our arrival gift.

The apartment was very clean! It had everything you need when you arrive! Very convenient, I just don’t like the quality of bedsheets as they were a bit rough and easy to collect dust, however the beds were super comfortable

It will be nice to have a bottle of water as we arrived late and had to go out back to the city to find a store with water.
I liked the level of infirmation provided by the hosts. The information was clear, precise and very helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and well laid out.

Such a cosy apartment in a great neighbourhood! Was super clean and felt like being at home, which I love! Patrick and staff were great and ensured we had a smooth experience! I will definitely be back again!

-We were required to fill out an application similar to a visa application, which included a request for personal information. - It was not easy to check in because the door was electronic, and we didn’t have the code. - The parking is very narrow for regular cars. - There is a church nearby, and we could hear the bell ringing from the bedroom every 15 minutes. - There were too many messages and directions. - The owner asked for tips.

The appartment itself was spacious and super clean. The furniture and amenities seemed to be well maintained. The beds were soft and cozy. Oh the linens were soft and smells so fresh! We were even able to do our laundry and cook meals without any difficulty. We also appreciate how responsive the owner was when we had questions. Lastly, it is just a 2 min walk from the tram station and a 20 min tram ride away from Zurich HB. Perfect place!

Could perhaps use more cutlery and dishes instead of needing to run an almost empty dishwasher every day.
Spacious and bright and inviting. Loved having the washer and dryer in the foyer with a nice sized drying rack as well. Although we didn’t need it, on site parking is a plus.

Nice and clean apartments equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of kitchen utilities, fast internet. Very fast feedback from the owner! There is a public transport stop near the house and a supermarket nearby.

The price of the cleaning fee is very expensive, during our stay property was not cleaned daily. Upon exiting property we had to put dishes in dishwasher to run.
The Location of property was spot on, very accessible to public transportation. The property is very spacious for Zurich, and well equip with Beds, washing machine, dishwasher. The host also made an exception for early check in and later check out. He was also very responsive on messages, quick replies.

There was weirdly no spatulas, wooden spoons and ladels but it the kitchen was equipped with every other tool a person might need
Super clean and cozy rooms. Fully equipped kitchen and a nice addition is the drawer full of spices. They provide charger heads, detergent, umbrellas, everything a traveller might need. Plus the staff living there is very helpful and friendly and the location is great and so convenient

There are no A/C and lots of noise we couldn’t sleep
The location is near the tram station and there is Bakery near the place , also Patrick the manger he was great ,
