Ci fa molto piacere sapere che hai apprezzato la nostra colazione abbondante, la gentilezza del personale e soprattutto il fatto che si parlasse anche italiano – questo ci sta molto a cuore per far sentire ogni ospite benvenuto. Hai perfettamente ragione: durante le giornate calde, le camere possono risultare più calde del desiderato. Stiamo valutando soluzioni migliori rispetto ai semplici ventilatori, come le colonne rinfrescanti programmabili, proprio per migliorare il comfort. Anche la tua osservazione sulla dimensione della camera ci è utile – per soggiorni brevi funktioniert sie oft, ma siamo felici di consigliare camere più spaziose per soggiorni più lunghi. The free parking is also a plus, especially close to the city center. We're sorry it got too warm on the top floor – we know that hot summer days without air conditioning can be a challenge. We're working on gradually modernizing our offerings without losing the special character of the hotel – this also applies to the bathroom, which still retains a touch of retro charm. Perhaps we can welcome you again at the feRUS Hotel or in the restaurant – where you can expect creative cuisine with fermented accents and plenty of Lucerne industrial flair.
