We stayed there for a weekend. The location of the hotel is perfect—right next to the bus stop! There are also indoor and outdoor parking lots. The facilities were well-maintained. The rooms were clean and renovated. The staff was very friendly and kind. The kids' amenities were amazing: a playground, a small zoo, tennis, mini golf, a kids' bowling alley, an indoor playroom, and a swimming area with a baby pool. There were also a lot of books and toys that kids could take to their rooms or to the restaurant to be entertained during lunch or dinner. Breakfast was also great! With the hotel's guest cards, you get discounts at the amusement park and Madridabahn, which is an amazing place up in the mountains. We will definitely come back!

Great location to connect to Madrisa or Gotschna ski lifts. Staff are friendly and helpful. Varieties of facilities and activities for children are great, from fun playgrounds to library with books and games. Rooms are clean and spacious, very comfortable. Can recommend the hotel for families!

The room was very modern and clean. The staff was friendly. The indoor pool was great we had it all for ourselves in the morning. The breakfast buffet was okay. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for family with young children. Lots of parking spaces are available right outside the hotel.

The breakfast was very low quality. You can add some eggs options ( beyond boiled) and, for parents, a good coffee to look fwd to. Small things that make the experience better are very important. Also, for families with kids it is so important to have employees that know how to smile, to crack a word with the customers etc i know it might be a cultural swiss thing for seriosity, but a smile can change the experience ;)

Although the food at breakfast was good, it was not varied. Very limited breakfast selection throughout the week. For example, the lady only fried eggs on the first day, on Sunday, and then not anymore ;-)

Rooms or lets say appartment was great. Clean, warm, cosy. Staff very friendly and helpful. All, from recepcionists, roomcleaners and waitstaff. The food quality of breakfast was really good. We also liked sauna.
