The apartment was on 2nd floor and no elevator was available. Only one bathroom in the apartment which sometime difficult for family of 5 members.

It was a good location near to bus stop, clean and nice place. Good for staying with family.

Ants in the apartment when we arrived, the apartment was unbearably hot, the AC/cooler in the living room didn't work and opening the windows meant the place was too loud from the train (opposite) and main road however the fans they provided were helpful.

Great location, 10 minutes from the centre on a bus. Buses were very frequent. Lovely little well kept apartment, expensive but that is Switzerland

The property was very spacious and with very comfortable beds and bedding. The location was great, while not in the city center, it was a nice walking distance.

No lift in the apartment, but it was ok for us

The location is good and very convenient to reach city center and train station. The owner gave us free transportation pass within zone 10 of Lucern, so it was very helpful for us on the first day. We just put all luggages on bus number 2 and it stopped nearby the apartment.

The shower curtains could be longer. And wish there was an elevator. Lugging all the suitcases 2 floors up and down was bit of an inconvenience but soon realized we have to get used to this in Switzerland.

The property was in a great location with easy access to trains and buses. The apartment was tastefully updated on the inside and was spotless when we checked in. Patrick was extremely responsive to our questions and made our stay easy and a pleasant one.

Everything was good except absence of lift in building. It was little trouble to take your luggage to 2nd floor. Otherwise it deserves 10/10 points.

Very neat clean and well planned apartment. The host has taken care of all the things which tourists can require. Beautiful apartment overall. All kitchen items present to prepare your own food. Very convenient to reach Lucerne train station from Apartment Location.

Great location ( close to Luzerne station and Bus transport to go around the city). A very clean and spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen and all the amenities. Simple check in check out. The host of the property is very polite , friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Could use new shower curtains. Apartment in the second floor, only able to go up by stairs.

Location was good, just a few minutes from Luzern center by bus. (Less than 5 minutes and you can ride for free with the city card provided by the host). 20 minutes walking distance. Place was clean and well decorated. Has a parking spot for no additional cost.

Everything is perfect, but we cant give 10 unfortunately because of the corridor and entrance is dark - looks like the lamps are off (felt spooky a bit) - we have to use our mobile phone flashlight to carry our lugages, which is bit troublesome. There is a construction across the apartment - starting early morning - but it is not a big problem.

Modern, bright, and clean accomodation. Friendly host, which is very attentive. Got free welcome wine bottle and chocholate. Kitchen area is spacious and utensils are modern and complete. Free park is helpful, but it is at the back of the apartment. Eventhough no air-con, it’s slightly cool because of trees at the back of the apartment during the night. As we checked-out before midday, we cant tell how the room’s temperature is during the day.

-Excellent place for Family. We loved the apartment. Star facilities, very clean and organised. No air condition but fan available. Read the Check-in instructions and how to collect the key before hand. Apartment in 2nd floor by steps. No lift. Staff response to any queries immediately- Just a message away. Close to the bus stop and a short ride to Lucerne main station. Buy groceries at COOP supermarket at the train station. No good groceries near by. All utensils available in the kitchen(no peeler😄). Overall a nice place to stay. A small balcony to relax. Quiet neighborhood. Parking available. Apartment facing road and rail track. Windows are sound proof so no disturbance.

I would suggest if you stay here to make sure you pick up groceries and liquor (if you like) before you arrive as there is no store for this in the immediate vicinity. once we figured that out it was easy to plan! About an 8-11 minute bus ride to main train and bus station in lucerne. Buses come frequently.

the actual space was very clean, modern and bedding was very comfortable. Easy to enter the property as videos were provided for a lock box so no issues with check in or check out. laundry was difficult but we let owner know and he was attentive to the issue.

About 3/4 mile to main part of the town. That was ok for us but may be annoying for some.

Bad air flow. No washing machine (should have mentioned in the website information even though it is broken). One wooden strip of the sofa bed is missing that almost cause one of my family members injured.

The host should have informed that there is an ongoing construction in front of the apartment, with loud sirens going off every couple of minutes.

The apartment was spacious and was filled with amenities perfect for a family. It was neat and clean and the host did leave a small welcome gift.
