Room was comfortable, a good size and well appointed. Because the hotel had not fully opened for the season we had access to the sister hotel opposite which had an excellent restaurant and provided a fabulous breakfast that included cooked dishes, bloody Marys and bucks fizz! Staff were all very helpful. Plenty of varying activities in the surrounding area.

Czech RepublicWe liked everything about the apartment and related services but the ski area was a bit disapointment.
The apartment is located across the street from the hotel where breakfast is served each morning. The hotel also provides possibility to use the spa and wellness facilities. Parking is convenient on site for small fee. Walking distance to some sport shops, bakery, coop and pharmacy. Staff at reception is very helpful with providing information on directions, busses and trips around.

SwitzerlandParking wasn't included in the price, 20.- per night. The room was also a little too hot and we couldn't adjust the temperature to go down.
The breakfast was very good and served at the Lenzerhorn Hotel across the street. It had many fresh choices and you could order egg dishes and coffee/tea from a menu. The location was very convenient, close to many little shops and a few restaurants nearby. The slope ended right next to the hotel which was a huge plus. The hotel has a ski room and a garage. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

United Stateswhen we booked we didn’t realize that this week was very much ‘off season’ (we were the only guests in the hotel). a lot of the advertised amenities were ‘in repair’, not open etc. we were able to get into the sauna/got the steamroom working after requesting it - so the staff was working with us (they were awesome). we had an excellent time! (and will probably go back - just not during off season).

Hotel is the sister hotel of the Lenzehorn across the road so check in and out and breakfast was there but it was really no issue. The renovation is modern but in keeping with traditional mountain chalets. very well done. Very happy with our short but pleasant stay.
