Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location was superb and very central - just minutes from the train station. The staff on reception were particularly friendly. Really nice touches like being able to borrow flasks and backpacks during your stay.

SwitzerlandThe only thing I didn't like, is that the cream for the coffee, that they did provide was with the expiration date. I had two creams and two of them with an expiration date. I would recommend you to check before using.
The location is perfect, 2 minutes from train station and 5 minutes from the centre of the city. The breakfast was good, they even have a lactose free milk for cereals. The bed was very comfy and the room was clean.

United StatesRooms were on the small side, and our room was adjacent to the main road, which was noisy at night with the window open. Relating to hygiene, they only had a shampoo/body wash solution, and no hair conditioner.
The location was very convenient, walking distance to train station. The hotel as well as the room were clean. Breakfast was good with fresh baked goods, assortments of cheeses, and jams, amongst other things.

The location, staff and breakfast was great. However, the room size was small and very difficult to open our suitcase as there wasn’t much space.
