We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Don’t worry about it being over a Pizzaria - there was no noise or disturbance from below and the pizzas are delicious. Parking was also easy a few metres away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

IndiaThe apartment is very clean and has many facilities such as all kitchen equipment, coffee, condiments, wine, etc. it was dressed up in nice Christmas decor and is above a wonderful restaurant. It’s also just 100m from Coop supermarket making it easy to bring in ingredients to cook. It is also quite big and has a balcony with good view. It’s located in the main city of Andermatt and the host - Ewa is the most kind hearted and wonderful woman I’ve come across. She literally was overly helpful for people she met just for a few minutes. It was my privilege to meet her.

Great location with shops and restaurants minutes away. 5 min walk to Gemstöck cable car. 10 min walk to the other main gondola. Free bus service right outside. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook. Very spacious dining room / lounge.

United Statesif you mind noise, the pizza shop and bar below has music playing all the time that you’ll be able to hear it inside the apartment. I liked the music so it didn’t bother me at all, sleeping with ear plugs made it so I couldn’t hear it. But, if you’re looking for complete quiet at your stay, this isn’t the place. That being said, this place is absolutely amazing and I personally will definitely stay again in the future.

United StatesSpotless, clean apartment. Very easy check in with communicative host. Has all of the tools you would need in bedrooms/kitchen. Perfect location, between both major lifts. Above restaurant so a little loud until around 8pm, but nothing white noise can't fix! Andermatt is quite a quiet town so being in the center of everything felt nice.

SwitzerlandThe worst sleeping conditions I have ever encountered. There was a ton of noise from the bar downstairs till 2am, the mattresses were super uncomfortable, and the bedrooms get bright through their glass doors. There is also often random people smoking next to the entrance of the apartment and the bedrooms have no windows, they just get light through the living room.
Great location, clean and with a big living room. Well equipped kitchen.
