We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomEverything was great - just one piece of advice - don't walk up the steep hillside from the station with luggage, get the free long escalator!!
The apartment is rented by a digital nomad when he's not using it, so it is fully equipped as a home. The owner is very generous in sharing everything that's there. There were very clear and detailed instructions on every aspect of checking in and using the home. When I had a query, the owner replied very quickly. Great location near the Cresta Run. We were only there for a brief overnight stop, but it was a comfortable stay.

The facilities are awesome!! We enjoyed the home cinema with the projector and had a wonderful time there. It was clean and comfortable. The location is close to the downtown as well.

PolandThere's a steep walkway path from the bus stop. So if you have heavy luggage, we advise taking a taxi (at least on the way back to the station). Still, ordering a taxi doesn't seem as straightforward. We were provided with a card with the taxi service details. As we're not German-speaking, we wrote an email to the printed address, but didn't receive any response.
Nice apartment, which met our expectations for this short stay. Lovely squirrels are around, and indeed, they tend to visit the terrace. We appreciated nice bathtub. It also had some smart options (as a projector and smart speakers), yet we didn't manage to turn on the speakers in the bathroom and the living room. All that worked was the Google smart box and the projector. Anyway, that was not an issue for us, as we didn't need it.

Czech RepublicThis is an apartment. Suitable apartment for example for weekend/weekend skiing. Furnished kitchen for self cooking for example. On the other hand the sofa bed for sleeping in the living room was already less comfortable. Communication was chaotic. At the beginning I got a text from an anonymous person in Italian who couldn't even sign his name, and then on the last day before I left, Ben (probably the owner of the apartment) wrote to thank you.
Well furnished apartment for living. The handover of the keys was at the hotel reception, about 200 meters from the accommodation.

IndiaLike other reviews, the walk uphill back to main road with luggage could be a bit steep, but with a break of 2min in between, was fine.
Super swanky apartment, fully equipped with every imaginable provision, including complementary nespresso coffee/tea. The projector is awesome too, helped us unwind. About 20min walk to St Moritz station. About 12-13min walk to Coop supermarket where we got our groceries. Kids had a great time. Great Host.

The apartment very nicely decorated, well-equipped and comfortable to stay, even have a nice TV projector and a sound system. The host was very nice and provide us with very detailed and easy to understand information about the property and surrounding, instructions on key collection/return etc.

CanadaThe location was excellent to the town, we were able to walk eveywhere. The flat was cosy for 4 of us, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with lots of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of tea & coffee for the morning. Watching movies on the living room wall was really cool for our young adult children, they loved it. It was like a home theatre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. Moritz! Thank you for sharing your home with us, Benjamin.
