We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt seemed there were spider webs everywhere and on the window sill a few dead bugs. I would have expected them to give a wipe before checking someone in. The breakfast did not seem fresh and it was very poorly. I guess the high price was for the view and not other facilities.
Amazing location! Staff were very friendly. Room size was quite big and the bed was comfortable. The view was amazing and the location is less than a minute away from bus and boat stop.

United StatesIn bad need of updating. Not close to providing the quality I paid the high price for. We were the only guests staying there for our 3 days to the best of my knowledge. Breakfast buffet was not available because of the lack of guests but the owners brought selected foods to our table which for the most part were adequate. Room was not clean with significant dust on the floor. Room size, bed, and bathroom were adequate. Deck was lacking comfortable decent furniture and updated appearance. The building needs painting, flowers in the missing flower boxes, etc. The rating given at the time I booked was over 8. I now see it’s 5!!!! Never would have looked at that property with that rating. Please explain.

The accommodation was great all.facilities right on the lakeside watching the paddle boats coming and going really some thing else. The Chinese family were exceptional hosts and I even learned some Chinese words. The housekeeper Yanny I think.her name made.sure my room was stocked and in excellent order. They really went out their way to make me welcome. The location was one of the best on lake lucerne. I was impressed by their hospitality.

AustraliaI honestly could not recommend this place enough. Everything I needed was provided for. There was an Asian based restaurant and a private bay for you to jump into Lake Lucerne. The breakfast was expected by European standards. The bathroom may be a little outdated in style but everything looks so clean and brand new. It is very well kept. I had the fluffiest towels ever. The shower was super hot and consistent. And my room on the top floor was large. There was no elevator so you do need to carry your luggage upstairs. But the room with those views. The pictures I took don't do it justice. But the highlight was the staff. They treated you like family. I honestly did not want to leave.
