Very friendly staff, coffee machine available for guests, location very good (15min walk from Stadelhofen station or tram/bus stop almost in front of Seefeld Residenz, bars and restaurants nearby as well as supermarket open until 11pm.

Rooms are a bit small, but not unmanageably so. Lift is also tiny. There is no ac or ceiling fan. The one pedestal fan in the room was not enough and the room got quite hot often

The man that checked us in ,I forget his name ,he was absolutely amazing nothing was too much trouble for him ,he even walked us to the tram stop to show us what tickets we needed this staff member is what makes staying here enjoyable.

Location good, near bus and tram and supermarket and lake. Didn't have breakfast. It felt safe and central to do things.

Nice kitchen but minimal crockery and cutlery.

Loved staying there. Great location next to the tram stops. Nice balcony and lush back area, apartment was very comfortable. Easy checkin and good communication.

Pillows were large and uncomfortable, bedsheets were winter-weight (too warm for the summer nights). There was also the noise of major roadworks reverberating around the rear courtyard overlooked by the room's balcony - something to wake us up at 07.30 every morning, though work was done for the day by the time we returned each evening. Nothing the hotel can do about this of course, but worth considering if you're planning to stay in Aug/Sept 2025.

Some of the doors blew shut loudly and some of the residents complained. There was a strange blend of long-term residents in the building and short-term visitors and the long-term residents conveyed some of their displeasure with the arrangement.

Kitchen facilities and laundry room with an adjacent parking spot for a car (for a daily fee of around 25 CHF). Sam was also very helpful.

Could do with some information about the area. The lift did not go up to our apartment. The guy at reception was helpful though and brought our bags up for us. No air con as they were going through a heat wave and we couldn't get the room down below 29 deg C which made sleeping near impossible even with three fans running and all skylights and doors open

The location was handy to public transport and loc al restaurants .

One window did not open securely so had to shut it completely when out. One window did not have a mosquito net. Only one very thin pillow per person. There was no air conditioning and it was very hot. There were absolutely no instructions in the apartment, which would have been useful to operate the microwave/grill and to find out more about the local area.

Didn't know about some work being done which was very noisy during working hours, but it wasn't a big issue for us.

There's a table in the room that was too big for the room, kind of got in the way, but nothing major, just a personal preference.

Although a fair walk away from the train station (40 minutes), location wise it was excellent. There are tram/bus stops right outside the apartment doors, all offering quick journeys into the city centre. Supermarkets are close by and several of them. A few minutes walk to lake Zurich (highly recommend swimming in there), restaurants all close by. As it was just out of the main city, it was more peaceful here. Place was clean, had everything we needed. We had an issue at one point and the owner/ host was very quick to help us out.

It was 30+ degrees C when we stayed. Our room was hot, esp as it faced west. No aircon but there was a fan that helped, but still hot. The beds were comfortable but hot at night - I think they was some kind of foam rubber overlay. There was some noise from outside, esp. from 6 am, as there were recycling bins, roads and a supermarket. The windows closed out most of the noise if shut, but this reduced airflow when it was very hot. You had to make a trade-off. These should not be issues when the weather is cooler. You are encouraged to recycle, which is commendable, but no dedicated bin or clear instructions, esp. for paper. That said, there are plenty of recycling bins outside (except for paper).

Good info in advance. Easy to find and get to (#2 or 4 tram from city). Smooth automated check-in but staff on-site. Working lift to apartment. Relatively spacious apartment with twin beds but perhaps too much furniture, esp. the very large coffee. Clean, tidy and fairly quiet. Kitchen was well equipped, incl. toaster, dish cloth and detergent. Shower and wifi were good, bed OK. Fan but no aircon. Shutters to block out early sun and heat. Good laundry in basement. Coop supermarket across the road; Migros a block further. Beautiful lakefront and swimming 5-10 minutes walk down the street. Short walk or tram ride to city centre. Would stay again noting comments below - and considering proximity to lake and city and facilities and cleanliness.

I overlooked the fact that there is no air conditioning, but with the windows open and the fan, it was manageable.

Fantastic location. Across the street from a grocery store, a pharmacy, and the streetcar station. 5 minute walk from Lake Zurich. 10 minute walk from Alstadt, Old Town, and surrounded by shops and cafes and restaurants. I could not have asked for a better location. Also, the entire staff was kind and helpful, especially Marley...Thanks Marley.

We were 2 guests and there were very few towels and few hooks to allow them to dry. More importantly, the shower was extremely slippery! Both of us almost slipped and fell on the first day.

The property was very clean and in an excellent location. The beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly.
