We rented the place in the summer so the house was extremely hot even hotter than the temperature outside when we went out. I can imagine that it would be warm and nice in winter as the sun shines right on the apartment.

Its clean and fits 6 people it was easy to get to it was located on the 3rd floor but it had elevator which was very handy.

When I read the reviews about the toilet flushing with hot water, I found that quite amusing, but it is a real issue. It heats the whole apartment especially the bathroom to a point where it's uncomfortably hot.

The location is great and the apartment had everything we needed. The room is exactly like in the pictures.

Toilet Flush has tendency to leak, and somehow very hot water was coming from the flush. But otherwise a great stay!

Beds were not comfort, kitchen appliances not completely equipped. Since we have stayed at another HITRental apartment in Luzern before Zurich, we had high expectation that both the rooms will have same standard.

Location is close to public transportation, easy to get there and to go around. There is an elevator and it was really helpful since the room we stayed is located in the 3rd floor. Dining and living room are very spacious.

It was beautiful, clean apartment. I was traveling with my family and we felt it was really nice. Our only concern was too much noise coming from the nearby bar/ club till late night, otherwise everything was great.

There was only a single key, so if people wanted to leave at different times we had to coordinate. Parking wasn't available and we had a rental car. This is a non-issue for people without cars. The apartment seemed a little old, but that was fine. It is a studio, so if you stay with more than one person there is not much privacy

The bathroom was a bit of a nightmare. The water in the toilet bowl would get extremely hot, and the more you used the toilet, the hotter it got. My son used the toilet for a bowel movement, and the splashback burned his buttocks. We were told this is an issue that could not be resolved. Also, the shower desperately needs a door instead of a shower curtain. As much as we tried, we couldn't help but get water everywhere whenever we showered. There were three of us that stayed in the room, but they only provided two (2) pillows.

The room was in a great location. Grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and the rail were easily accessible. Lake Zurich and the main "touristy" area were an easy walk to get to. It was nice, spacious, and clean. They provided us with an adapter so we could charge/use our electronics. The online staff were very responsive.

They should have pay attention to little stuff. Like hanging hooks on WC door, fix toilet paper hanger, providing one time use slippers, better window coverings etc.

The keys open the main door from the building and also the door from the apartment, everyTime I left I have to put locks on everything did not feel secure. And also a note, washing liquid they left was super empty and with water, that’s cheap for the price pay.

Hot and cold water were inverted for both the bathroom sink and shower. Also, the toilet water started to leak every time after use. The flush needed to be adjusted manually.

The building is slightly old. Yet the instructions were very clear. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Location is super convenient.

The bathroom was a bit dated and the light in the bathroom wasn’t great along with water on the bathtub not running sometimes, it would flood a bit when we were showering.

We liked the high ceilings and the spacious rooms! It allowed pets and that is lovely, thank you! Also, very quick replies from the people in charge.

The only thing that bothered us was that the cleaning lady was at least 30 minutes late with the cleaning, so we had to wait outside for her to finish.
