We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaWe stayed at the hotel for 7 nights in mid-June as it was conveniently located for our planned hikes - about a 25-minute walk to the Sargans train station and a nearby stop for a bus direct to the station if we didn't care for the walk. The rooms were quite large and very clean. But it was the exceptional hospitality of the staff that really recommends staying here. It will definitely be our first choice the next time we're staying in Heidiland.

PolandI was not lucky that the restaurant next to the hotel was closed due to winter holidays but I managed to dine somewhere else - it was really no issue.
There is all you need in the hotel. Nice service cares about clients in the hotel. Quiet place in a nice center of small town.

SwitzerlandIts not very well connected to public transport if you come without car. Buses dont go that frequently so you need to plan ahead, which was ok though. Our room was above the bar, which made it difficult to sleep before the bar closed. After a long day of hiking, that was not ideal.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and cozy and the atmosphere was overall very nice.

HungaryIt's a small thing, but the safe built into the closet is on the bottom shelf, so it's difficult to use.
The hotel is in the center of Mels, yet in a quiet location. Danny, the host is very nice, available anytime if needed. The breakfast was delicious, Danny brings the pastries fresh from the nearby bakery. The available garage is nearby and included in the price.

Close to the bus stop in Mels- get bus at Sargans station, 15 mins to Mels Post bus stop. Easy check in if arriving after hours using code to get the key, nice breakfast, attentive host, nice pine decor, very clean room and bathroom, quiet.
