Close proximity to the train station and Mount Titlis. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. View from the room is stunning. They have a steam room but I didn't have enough time to use it. But, I am sure it would have been a very nice. Thank you.

Rooms need renovation.

Center location. The rooms was clean and have basic functional amenities. Good breakfast with reserved table. Laundry service with decent price.

Maybe the TV channel has no kids channel (which is maybe needed if you have kiddos).

Their staffs are to kind and helpful, in-fact they even waited for us to the late 11PM check-in as we are later to arrive from Zermatt. Hotel location is perfect for Titlis area and it was just adjacent to the train station (1 Min walk). I love our hotel room, at night, we open windows and it was so cool that you a pure-fresh mountain breezes as you sleep! too big with the nice view of the mountain! It was a quiet location that we didn't realize waking up at 9AM is just like early morning! Breakfast is very good, our boys love a lot of yummy bacon (they are wishing for these during our trip) since some few hotel we checked in during this trip doesn't have! I will highly recommend this hotel to my friends and hope to be back again someday!

The breakfast could be better, not much choice but what we had was nice.

Room was very modern and big. The bathroom was big and bright. The bed was nice and big and comfy. The check was really easy and staff friendly. The location is good and close to other bars/restaurants

Reception and lounge could use renovation but not a big deal since the room was so perfect. Would be nice if the room fridge were operating but they kindly put my food in the ground floor fridge.

Beautifully renovated rooms with luxurious bedding. Such a lovely bathroom. Looked better in person than the photos. All so comfortable. Such a great value. Excellent sound proofing. Good breakfast.

Family room could use some taking care off: floor and chairs were quite worn out, toilet door disn't close and air wasn't fresh. Nothing I couldn't live with, but the outside of the building and common areas just let you wait for more.

Staff was helpfull and happy. Location is very good. Breakfast was nice.. Beds were good and new.

Very modern room for what otherwise appeared to be an older building. Our room (floor 3) was cool and very quiet. Breakfast was typical for Swiss hotels. Friendly staff. Assortment of drinks to choose from in the in the mini bar. After a long hike in the mountains, Engelberg was a nice little town to spend the night with a variety of restaurants all within a short walking distance. Leaving in the morning by train was super easy (two minutes walk away).

The breakfast was definitely the biggest handicap of this hotel, the food was not at all at the level of my expectations and of the hotel stars/price.

Wonderful location, in the middle of Engelberg, very modern and comfortable room. Very friendly staff.
