July10thto13th2025. I had arranged this apartment for a family holiday of eight, four parents, two youths and two children of five & nine years. When I was booking this stay I wasn't sure of my choice but after my stay my entire group and myself were very happy with everything this apartment had to offer. The location was just superb, Wilderswil, the gateway to Jungfraujoch. I was on a ten day holiday to Europe, Rome, Switzerland and Paris before taking a Eurostar to London. Wilderswil was our second stop after Rome. We flew from Rome to Zurich and then we drove in two cars to Wilderswil, about two hour fantastic scenic drive of 135-140km. When we arrived at the location we had difficulty getting the keys because of the code to the box which I did not have. Finally one of the other apartment resident helped me to contact our host Sophia who helped us. It was easy to find the location whilst driving and the property is just off the main road. The apartment is on the ground level with garden seating and access. On entering there is a reception space with cupboards and shoe space. There are three decently spaced bedrooms with one en-suite walk-in shower unit and another general bathroom- bath tub. The kitchen-dining-lounge is an open floor plan and doors to the garden. The kitchen is well equipped and a large dining table with 8 or 10 chairs. There are doors to the outside to the garden(shared with other apartment residents/chalets) with outdoor seating. The beds and mattresses are comfortable, the third bed room has twin beds. All rooms have wardrobes. Linen supplied for sufficient and clean. Kitchen has a dish washer and detergents were provided. The best part- washing clothes, an excellent set-up especially large group on a multi-stop holiday can use such. The train station is 5 minute walk. there are nearby shops to buy groceries. You can walk with experiencing the beautiful views all around of the snow mountains and greenery.

Beds are “creaky”. Main bathroom heating in floor can’t be adjusted (or we couldn’t work it out)and was on flat out entire time. Made the bathroom a sauna!

Everything was perfect. The location, cleanliness, ease of approach, well ventilated, good appliances, clean linnen and all in all a lovely experience. Highly recommendable to all but did not have any contact with the staff other than e-mail and messages, though it was not required. Lovely stay. Will visit again. Thanks

The internet was bad. The browsing was impossible.

The apartment was really neat and was close to Interlaken West station. The bus 105 takes you directly to the apartment in 15 mins. The location was beautiful surrounded by beautiful landscapes of Wilderswil. The train to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Interlaken Ost was 10 mins from the apartment.

A little bit away from the other villages and attractions, but there is a train station just down to road from the house.

Very spacious for houses or units in the area. We were three couples traveling, the space is more than adequate. It gave us some restful family time and space together.

We were a party of 6, upon arrival we were upgraded to the Jungfrau apartment which had a stunning view of the Jungfrau from the back deck. Amazing view and clean very comfortable room, could've stayed longer in this accommodation and would recommend to anybody travelling around this area. Day trips to Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen were only 10 to 15 minutes drive. Amazing..!!

It would be nice if you have some hooks for hanging clothes in the two bathrooms. The beds queak.

Linens were subpar. No welcome basket. Kitchen could be equipped better. Heat was an issue but that should have been planned for by supplying fans ahead of arrival.

There were ants all over the living room. The dinner table was beautiful, but felt like it had not been clean in ages, same for the couch in the living room and the chairs. So nice place, but the furniture needs some deep cleaning and so does the apartment.

No toiletteries provided....not even a bodywash....not properly cleaned there were so many fur like hairs on the sofa and carpet....bed r of poor quality,very noicy with every turn on bed...not even an hour of early checkin allowed and no space for luggage storage...so for doing checkin after 4 pm...almost day wasted as no arrangement for luggage...its a village n host not available...so if you come after 6 pm very difficult to even locate as there is no one around on the street to guide...heimet is the nearest bus stop just a minute away so write its address in gps to locate the house..10 min from interlaken west by bus n u get bus in every 20 to 30 min...

Nice kitchen...decent flat size...sufficient kitchen utensils...
