Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomAdditional check-in was required via the company’s own online platform. This also involved submitting passport scans required for issuing the Geneva Travel Card (which was great). I had some difficulties with this (scan upload failed for 1 document). This then entailed lots of emails back and forth…. In the end, it all worked out fine, but it did add a fair amount of faff in the process, and it was a relief to find out on the day that everything had actually worked.
Great location opposite the station. Nice, modern room and bathroom, clean, comfortable bed and secure entry system. Decent room facilities.

Greece-I would have liked someone to be at the reception when we left. We only filled our info in a paper that was there. -when we entered the room on the 1st day it was too warm inside that we had to open the window to cool it down.

TurkeyThe Only problem is that there is no fridge in the rooms but you can request from the staff to put your belongings into the fridge. Also the transport card is not sent to Me by booking, in the beginning but they send Me later.
The rooms are very clean and the place of the hotel is central. All the Staff is so helpful. Next time, I willl prefer it again. Thank you very much.

HungaryThe customer service didn't seem to be experienced in handling issues. I know this is very subjective, but the bed was too soft for my needs.
It was my second time in this hotel, I really like how quiet the place is in the middle of the city. The location is perfect, almost everything is at walking distance. The soundproofing of the rooms is very good, my sleep was never disturbed by any noise. I also like the use of code for the entrance, I was free to come and go anytime when I needed without a key and without bothering anyone. My room was really tiny, not much bigger than the bed, but I didn't mind, as it had anything I needed. The size of the bathroom and shower was very comfortable and it had very good lighting.

NetherlandsAs with all train station areas the location is not the nicest, but it’s super convenient so didn’t bother us. The air con was ineffective even at the lowest temperature of 5 degrees so had to keep the window open as the room was very warm.
Good price and quality for Geneva, room was big, modern and comfortable, easy walking access to city across the bridge. Great internal soundproofing we heard nothing.

MalaysiaThe air conditioning in the room was very noisy and did not function well to cool the room. It got a bit stuffy in the evening and we had to open the window. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy with some drunk men outside shouting for a few hours in the middle of the night. I hope they get it fixed for the next guests. We were in Room 505.
Excellent location, just directly opposite the train station. Short walk to the lake and also old town. Plenty of restaurants everywhere. Trams and buses are easily available nearby if you prefer not to walk. I would stay here again should I return to Geneva. Good quality fluffly towels which I like:))
