A point to note is that there is only one bathroom (including the toilet).

Mario the host, a really lovely guy, was in contact before we arrived and meeting him to get access was easy. The apartment is large in an interesting old building that is a short walk from the West station and close to the city centre. Very convenient! It’s also right next to the landing area for the endless stream of paragliders descending from a nearby mountain. So calming watching their graceful paths through the sky. The bedrooms are large with loads of wardrobe space. Everything we needed was supplied (including shampoo and shower gel - much appreciated). Overall, we had a great stay.

I think if AC is available, that will be a great addition. But I'm not sure if that is being regulated.

The location is premium. You can see the beauty of the mountain just by sitting in the living room and, on occasion, see the paraglididers gliding to the park through the living room windows. There is a small balcony with a small table and chairs. This is a good spot for breakfast with a view. There is no AC, but the apartments fans are strong enough to cool us down, plus the slotted windows are effective to prevent hot sun from coming in during the day and effective in allowing cool air to come in at night. The facility has a washing machine in the restroom, and there is complementary laundry soap to use. There is no laundry dryer, but the drying rack works very well, as the apparment is surrounded by windows. Thank you, Mario, for making our stay very comfortable and accommodating us to come a little but early before check-in time. Keep up the good work and service.

Mario, our host, was extremely supportive throughout our stay. The location and the view were stunning. It would be helpful to include instructions on how to dispose of garbage in the outdoor bins.

Very spacious and clean apartment with free car parking. Location was great with views of paragliders from window. Mario was extremely helpful with his communication and timely help. He added that extra wow factor to already good experience. Having kitchen was very handy.

Having a washer/dryer machine was very convenient and cost effective too. (There was a laundromat in town that charged 8CHF for washing and 14CHF for drying!!) However, as is expected often in combined washer/dryer machines, the drying is not optimal. Just plan enough time to dry your clothes a bit more in the drying rack.

Mario, the property host, was easily reachable for any questions or requests. Thank you very much! Seeing the paragliders landing one by one, on our balcony window was a great bonus. The apartment was spacious and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We saved a lot of money by preparing our breakfasts and (healthier) dinners at the apartment. It was also only a short 3-4 minute walk to the nearest bus station (Jungfraustrasse stop), which saved our weary feet some walking.

The apartment service could be better if it can contain a dish washer and some more cooking spoons. Also we found a foul smell in some corners. So the addition of room freshener is required.

The property is spacious and at a great location with it being close to two train stations and having lots of restaurants around . The grocery stores are also close by . The host of the property , Mario is also very good . He explained everything to us upon arrival . When we had questions he responded promptly. A great stay overall.

Everything was superb except for the Wi-Fi which was pathetic. If only Wi-Fi was good I would have given a 10/10 . Apartment was spotlessly clean . Well appointed . Instructions from the owner Mr Mario were crystal clear from start to finish . Location was very convenient to all places be it bars or restaurants or shopping areas .

WiFi works just in half of the apartment, in the other half where there's smart TV, there's very poor reception. To watch Netflix we needed to switch to our own hotspot provided from mobile phone

Really nice, bright, spacious apartment overlooking a park (or very large lawn :). Well equipped. Interiors feel a bit old, with a slight oldish smell but that's not a big issue.

The location is fantastic. We have a park view where paraglider lands. The apartment is very close to the shopping street and an easy walk to Interlaken West and even Interlaken OST. We also received a free transport card from the host. Mario is the best host we had in our Europe trip.

Mario’s place was spacious and amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook a full meal, and there was a washing machine and drying rack for laundry. The apartment is a short 8mins walk from Interlaken West Station. The balconies overlooked the Höhematte Park, where there were paragliders during the day. As our stay was over the New Year’s period, the fireworks display was right at the park and we could enjoy the magnificent display in the comfort of our own home. Mario was very friendly and accommodating, and everything from leaving our luggages at the accommodation before check-in, to check-out, was seamless. Thank you so so much, Mario! I will definitely return to this apartment in the future!

Pillows were a little too soft for me but my family was okay with them.

Around 5 to 10 min from the train station Interlaken West. Mario was there to welcome us. The apartment was clean and spacious. There was a supermarket 5 to 10 min away. Washing machine was working well. There was a faulty tap in the toilet but it was promptly fixed.

I wish there was more than one key. Yes I know we can leave it in the lockbox for the rest of our family to use but then the person inside would have to come down and let the others in.

The location is ideal. Close enough to the shops and restaurants, but far enough to have some peace and quiet. The views are outstanding. Also, the numerous paragliders were fun to watch.

When we arrived, we didn’t know that the hallway leading to the apartment at the end of the hall would be so dark. We used our flashlights on our phones to illuminate the path, then figured out later where to turn on the lights in the hallway. We also didn’t know exactly where the lockbox would be (we’re inexperienced with rental apartments) so luckily there was a staff member there to help us. Some forewarning will help other guests.

The apartment was great for our adult family of 6. One guy slept on the couch instead of the bunk bed. The beds were comfy. The view was lovely, overlooking the park where the paragliders land (all 4 of our kids did that, so we were able to get a unique view from our window as well as walk downstairs to meet them when they were done)! The convenient location is a short walk to the Interlaken west train station and to the restaurants and shops. Our host Mario was so communicative and accommodating- he arranged to have the property available for early check in (10am instead of the usual 3pm) and even stocked our fridge with drinks, fruit and chocolate, which were welcomed after a long day. We enjoyed the treats on the cute balcony overlooking the park. Mario even delivered a screwdriver to our apartment when my son’s camera broke!
