There is not a lot of space around the fridge / coffee making facilities. We have been here twice, and each time, we had terrible weather ☹️

Nice location near the lake and with an easy journey to Brunnen for the Aubust 1st fireworks. Reasonably affordable (for Switzerland!). Large jacuzzi bath.

Bit noisy the street and train line just in front of the house but when closing window all was fine and we slept well!

We had a spacious 2 bedroom accommodation - perfect for a family with 2 kids. All was well cleaned and ready even though we arrived a bit early. Kids loved the outdoor jacuzzi :) beds were very comfortable.

the property is close to the train tracks, so there was some noise. However, it didn’t affect my stay too much.

It was a shared kitchen which we didn't realise. There was no washing machine but host kindly did a wash for us and returned it dried within a couple of hours.

Jacuzzi in the room was great. Shared outside sitting area was nice, although could have done with some TLC. Nice view of the hills from our room (room 1). Host was helpful and easy to contact when we had a question about buses.

Generally it is a little run down and grubby The bathroom tap wobbled. The TV and bedside lamp didn't work. The coffee machine delivered only a spit and splutter of coffee. I suspect there were some bedbugs too. Our two double rooms shared a single bathroom. No breakfast.

The hotel is nicely positioned for walking the Weg der Schweiz in 2 days. It delivered (just) the facilities that were advertised.

Bed mattress was a bit hard/stiff, but that seemed to be common in several places we stayed in Europe. I would have liked to use the sauna on the property, but did not want to pay the extra 15 euros to use it.

Breakfast was good and the agriturisimo location was great. It was a delight to have the animals on the property. The patio outside our room and the outside patio areas and swimming pool were very nice to enjoy!

Pillow on one bed was waaayyy too thick and resulted in mediocre sleep. Hot tub advertised on site but not offered use while there.

The location is right next to a busy road and the train tracks. Seeing that it was summer we had to sleep with windows open so the noise of the cars and trains along with the street lights made for a pretty sleepless night. The bathroom is separate from the apartment but private.

The living room, bedrooms and balcony were nice. It was ceased well kept.

My expectations were high based on the listing, and it was not quite as nice as I expected. It's a bit too small for 4, and the sofa bed is not great. It's a much better setup for a couple and one child at most. Our room didn't really have much of a view, which was hard to tell from the listing and a bit disappointing. There's a fairly loud church bell clock that goes off every 15 minutes right nearby, not that they can do anything about that, but it makes it hard to have the windows open at night.

Valentina was extremely nice and helpful. She made our stay significantly better. The area is fantastic, and the place is in a convenient location near great food, coffee, swimming, and the train. Our room included parking, and the coffee maker in the room was good, which were great touches. The bathroom is very nice and clean. We could not hear guests in other rooms, which was also nice. Our daughter liked the hot tub. The staff was also very responsive to questions leading up to the visit, including helping with getting around an unexpected road closure that made getting to Fluelen challenging.

There should be information about the noise of the bell in the church nearby, at 6 o'clock in the morning it rings for 5 minutes. It was warm, so we slept with the windows open, but even after closing them, you can hear it. The decor is outdated and could use some refreshing. :)

Stuff was very nice and welcoming. In the description it says lake view, we had room at the other side of the building with the view in opposite direction, what was not the worse because it saved us from the noise of the street and we like the view od the mountains. Big room with a comfortable bed and bubbly bath in the bathroom. Very close to the restaurants, trainstation and the lake.

The Scottish lads beat us to the hot tub. It rained. Skylight in the second room had no blind on.

Location was good, decent restaurants within walking distance. Parking was ok even with 2 cars. Great view across the lake. The window into the bathroom with glass sided bathtub was excellent for 4 guys sharing...

We had the first floor apartment. I don't know if other apartments are better, but our apartment was very outdated and looked much worse as we thought when we looked at the fotos. Although it was clean, the smell in the Kitchen and the fridge was barely tolerable, because the furniture had been used for so many years. The bed linen was washed (that is surely good), but still wet... There were only 2 big blankets for three of us with bed linen which was also uncomfortable, but ok... It was also somehow not clear that the bathroom and the kitchen are to share. I mean, a "VIP" apartment is in humble opinion something else. Not worth the money.

The stuff helped us to find the way to the Hotel, when Google Navigator leaded us to the wrong address.
