Very welcoming and hospitable place. The room balcony has amazing mountain views. Great location. Breakfast is great with many good options.

The rooms "feel" a bit dated, however everything worke fine.

Comfortable rooms, with a breakout area for coffee. Extremely helpful staff in reception. Good, varied breakfast and the hotel is located is 5-10 mins from the train station, supermarkets and shops.

The hotel was very close to the centre, a 5 minute walk from the train station. The surronding area is lovely with very little noise of the centre. Near everything; shops, train, shopping, restaurants, buses. The staff are the friendliest... EVER, ALL OF THEM FROM RECEPTION TO BREAKFAST STAFF & CLEANING STAFF. They really welcomed us and answered any questions we had. The breakfast guys were wonderful.... I really felt like at home. Ahmed & Jean...( I think these are the names as it's been a while, and my memory is really bad). They were both sooooo friendly. The breakfast was modest choice but plenty available. I had expected more choice from the price we paid, but I think their service outshone most of my stays. The room was good size but very basic. We were there during the heatwave n we had a fan, which was sufficient. The bathroom is a bit small, so the sink is outside, but it does have a shower & and a bath. The dining area is available for you to eat your lunch n dinner, and there is a fridge there for you to store any food. You can store luggage. They have a separate area for that, no matter how big your luggage. Tea n coffee is available for free in the dining room.. 24 hours. You can buy your breakfast n eat there as well. You can go for walks in the area, along the river. A very practical and hospitable hotel. I would definitely stay here again, just for the hospitality.

Slightly overpriced for the basic room and basic breakfast. But the hospitality of everyone won me over.

Staff, location, good breakfast

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast, we had a cute room with two single beds. We had a shared bathroom, but we barely saw our neighbours. Also there was a sink and a hairdryer in the room, that was very comfortable.

Very well located for activities in and around Interlaken. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was expensive for a 2 star hotel but perhaps that’s just Interlaken in general.

I liked the breakfast buffet, the amenitites with the 24/7 kitchen with microwave and kettle. Tap water as well. The stay itself was decent. The staff were also great and helpful. The interlaken travel pass was a bonus.

The place is abit creaky and had sudden sounds, when staying in a new place can feel a little uncomfortable but became used to it. We did expect that though. Would love a lift to the third floor.

Good location, con isn’t to all attraction and all the staffs are very nice and are always willing to help.

Good location, just outside interlaken very accessible and easy to get to, out of the busy area but close enough so it’s not hard to get there

Room was very small and was very difficult to settle in, could only open one suitcase at a time as one would take up the whole floor space. No access to our room on third floor with lift only going to second floor, so had to carry suitcases up stairs

Really enjoyed my stay here. I had a single room. Bed, pillow and linen were comfortable and the room and bathroom was nice and clean. Although you can hear your neighbours more than a traditional hotel I found everyone was pretty mindful and courteous. - handy location. Short walk from Interlaken West Station. - Breakfast was good. Great you can have tea and coffee anytime complementary. - Communal areas you can relax. - Washing room to wash and dry clothes was very handy. They were happy for me to hang clothes in the laundry room to dry vs using the dryer. There is a clothes line. - There is a lift if you have heavy luggage. - Staff were all helpful and welcoming.

Jean-Louis was a most personable host. He gave us a warm greeting each morning when we entered the breakfast room. He was especially kind to our small daughter. She enjoyed the colored pencils and coloring sheets he provided. Breakfasts were very satisfying. The location was on a quieter street away from the busyness of the Main Street and yet very conveniently located to the train station, restaurants and events around the town. Our room was comfortable and clean; front desk staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations. I was pleased to launder some of our clothing before the next leg of our journey. When I return to Interlaken, I will reserve a room at Hotel Rossli—it felt like I was part of the family
