Slightly overpriced for the basic room and basic breakfast. But the hospitality of everyone won me over.

The hotel was very close to the centre, a 5 minute walk from the train station. The surronding area is lovely with very little noise of the centre. Near everything; shops, train, shopping, restaurants, buses. The staff are the friendliest... EVER, ALL OF THEM FROM RECEPTION TO BREAKFAST STAFF & CLEANING STAFF. They really welcomed us and answered any questions we had. The breakfast guys were wonderful.... I really felt like at home. Ahmed & Jean...( I think these are the names as it's been a while, and my memory is really bad). They were both sooooo friendly. The breakfast was modest choice but plenty available. I had expected more choice from the price we paid, but I think their service outshone most of my stays. The room was good size but very basic. We were there during the heatwave n we had a fan, which was sufficient. The bathroom is a bit small, so the sink is outside, but it does have a shower & and a bath. The dining area is available for you to eat your lunch n dinner, and there is a fridge there for you to store any food. You can store luggage. They have a separate area for that, no matter how big your luggage. Tea n coffee is available for free in the dining room.. 24 hours. You can buy your breakfast n eat there as well. You can go for walks in the area, along the river. A very practical and hospitable hotel. I would definitely stay here again, just for the hospitality.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Great location, helpful staff, good breakfast, we had a cute room with two single beds. We had a shared bathroom, but we barely saw our neighbours. Also there was a sink and a hairdryer in the room, that was very comfortable.

The place is abit creaky and had sudden sounds, when staying in a new place can feel a little uncomfortable but became used to it. We did expect that though. Would love a lift to the third floor.

I liked the breakfast buffet, the amenitites with the 24/7 kitchen with microwave and kettle. Tap water as well. The stay itself was decent. The staff were also great and helpful. The interlaken travel pass was a bonus.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I had a single room. Bed, pillow and linen were comfortable and the room and bathroom was nice and clean. Although you can hear your neighbours more than a traditional hotel I found everyone was pretty mindful and courteous. - handy location. Short walk from Interlaken West Station. - Breakfast was good. Great you can have tea and coffee anytime complementary. - Communal areas you can relax. - Washing room to wash and dry clothes was very handy. They were happy for me to hang clothes in the laundry room to dry vs using the dryer. There is a clothes line. - There is a lift if you have heavy luggage. - Staff were all helpful and welcoming.

For this one week of extremely warm weather, AC would be great, but we just hit a weird weather pattern in August.

Loved everything.

The property has the perfect location just walking distance to Interlaken West train station and bus stop. Very close to all amenities and markets. The host welcomed us very warmly every morning in the breakfast and is extremely helpful. Jean Louis was an amazing host and gave so many freebies to our kids. The owner Vilma was equally amazing and helpful. This hotel also had a laundry facility for the guests. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to come back.

There was some noise from the road, despite it being a 30km/h zone. No air conditioning would be hard to use in very hot weather, but there’s a nightclub/Nico’s nearby that you could hear with the windows open.

This place offers a relaxed atmosphere, large and comfortable rooms, on-site parking, and plenty of tourist information.

Absolutely nothing, it was outstanding.

Hotel Rössli was as clean as a whistle and It had that Swiss chalet charm. It was 10 min walk from Interlaken West train station, close to a coop, friendly staff, free coffee anytime of the day and washing facilities. We’ve been travelling through Europe and it’s by far the best accommodation experience we’ve had.

The big cupboard in the room took up a lot of space, we didn't use the cupboard so seemed wasted space. But would be different if you wanted a cupboard

There was a really good communal lounge that had tea coffee, microwave and fridge to store things in. Location was very handy and they were very happy to store our bags after checkout

We had a wonderful 4-night stay in June 2026 at Hotel Rosili. The rooms were clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the balcony offered gorgeous views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. There’s a well-equipped shared kitchen and cozy common rooms, which gave it a friendly, relaxed vibe — like a hybrid between a hotel and a hostel in the best way possible. The owner made our stay truly special. He’s incredibly warm, thoughtful, and took personal care of each guest. He shared great local advice every day, especially for our biking plans. Location is excellent — just a short walk from Interlaken West station, and there's plenty of parking available. Check-in and check-out were effortless. A perfect choice for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for value, comfort, and heartwarming hospitality in Interlaken.

The location is excellent—just a 3–4 minute walk to the train station and bus stop. The bed was comfortable, and the place was quiet. The staff were very friendly. The pantry was impressive, and the breakfast was delicious.
