Very clean. Close to the station. We had a small issue with distortion with some TV channels. The owner was very prompt in getting it fixed.

While close, it was still a small walk to get into town, and the directions to the place were slightly confusing. The couch bed was also a but hard. Really though, it was a great place to stay.

Lovely little apartment with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn and other mountains surrounding Zermatt. Super easy to get to the heart of Zermatt from the apartment complex. Well stocked with all equipment needed to cook your own dinners.

No lift service / not too convenient for guests who had huge and heavy luggages as we stayed at Level 3 and had to carry our stuff up via the staircases.

Very well equipped with everything, even the kitchen utensils , cutlery and plates are provided at all sizes. Very pleased with the additional blankets and pillows provided for the sofa bed as well, kept us comfortable at night Very conveniently located near the ebus stop (free ebus rides) Overall, felt like home !

Very stylish appartament in Zermatt. Luckily, not in the city center, which is overcrowded and overcluttered by buildings. Offerring amazing view- Matterhorn. Comfortable balcony with furniture. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and airy.

Nothing really. Although it is quite a walk frm the bahnof, we didnt really mind since the route is straight on the main road.

All amenities provided, clean premise..big balcony overlooking matterhorn.Large apartment with large tv. Good for famjly stay of 3-4 ppl. Cooking utensils are provided too.

I could not know how to get to the property until the very last minute. I wanted to know at least that I would get an email at the time of check-in.

The property was very clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. My family had a really good time.

Some construction works around the apartment

The apartment is clean and well equipped. Owner is friendly and accommodating. Not very near the train station but there is free bus service which stops near the apartment.

City taxes were excluded and having to pay these at checkout in cash was not convenient.

Fantastic, spacious, clean and very well equipped 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in the living room. We stayed for a few nights, but the place is well enough equipped for long stay. Walking distance to the bahnhof and a beautiful balcony with comfortable seating to admire the Matterhorn on a clear day.

If I would nitpick, it is probably the location, it’s a bit deeper and located near a construction site. But still very good value for money nevertheless

The property was excellent. Everything was new and complete and we had a great time staying there. The host was also very accommodating and friendly as well. Definitely recommend this to people who are looking to visit Zermatt

The place is a very short walk from the train station, very clean and super comfortable! It has absolutely eveeything you may need during your stay. Its beautifuly furniahed, has fully equipped kitchen and a gorgous view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Would definifely recommend!

For us it was convenient enough - about a ten minute walk from the train station (opposite direction from center of Zermatt).

There was no elevator inside the house which makes it hard especially if you travel alone with luggages..

The place is located in a relatively industrial place in Zermatt (warehouse, parking lots), some traffic noise can be heard during the day.

It is a spacious apartment with nice Matterhorn view. The bedroom and sofa bed are all comfortable. There are lots of kitchen wares for you to cook. And everything is well cleaned.
