Maybe we should have spent more time checking all written info. The village is car free. So we were surprised we could not bring the car to Chez Beni for unloading but had to pull our luggage from the market place through the village and later place the car into a more distant COOP parking.

Excellent Jura coffee and we got a custom made breakfast with prepared plates for our group of five.

Absolutely beautiful room with amazing views of the mountains and a personal deck. Everything was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was great and not stingy (only hard boiled eggs on the whole Tour de Monte Rosa), the staff was so kind and helpful, and the extra services like free coffee/tea made it feel so welcoming and comfortable.

Chez Beni is an excellent place to stay in Grachen. The owner was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was great. The hotel is cute. We liked the shower and balcony too.

We had a last minute unexpected stay, and even though we woke up the host, he was friendly and welcoming. Really nice guy. And the breakfast was excellent!

Just the nature of these kind of locations, but parking was offsite. Alpine villages tend to be quite 'car-free'. Car parking is an extra fee.

Large comfortable room - was upgraded to a larger one. Cosy timber room, as expected with an Alpine lodge, with a balcony and view of snow-capped mountains. Nice breakfast.

An amazing experience in the centre of Grachen. Alex (the owner) and staff are so friendly and helpful. Wonderful rooms. Breakfast is amazing and there is tea and coffee available all day. Highly recommended.

Only suggestion for improvement would be to invest in new towels.

Was a cute kitchy place, interesting, inviting. The owner went out of his way to accommodate our requests, helped us get our car parked, and showed us around the property. We enjoyed using the outdoor sitting area.

Nothing! The place is perfect!

The location is right in the center of town, so close to everything!! The host are the most genuine wonderful people!! The whole place had such a beautiful design with a great mixture of modern and traditional! The view from my room was amazing with a view of the Weisshorn and its surrounding mountains. The room was a generous size with the most comfortable bed with a duvet and pillows that made it feel luxurious! Tons of hot water with great pressure. The gardens outside our a great place to laze around and they had a boat filled with water and herbs to soak your feet in. Plus, for a fee they did some laundry for me. The breakfast was outstanding with fresh bread, eggs, cheese and fruit. They had a lounge area that was comfortable and filled with drinks for purchase. My favorite place I stayed in the whole month I was in Switzerland and Italy.

Bed was too soft for my liking, meaning I woke 2 or 3 times during the night.

Very welcoming host and everything was attended to, Breakfast was excellent quantity and quality for a day's hike. Good lounge area and balcony in room as a change from staying in your room and meeting other guests. Strongly recommend.
