AustraliaThe third bed in our bedroom had a broken frame, the room was quite small, the bathroom had no ventilation, no dishes were provided when we asked, just needed a bowl to wash and serve some fruit for our little one.
Fascinating mountain views, good breakfast with a nice mountain view restaurant, helping with transferring the luggage from the hotel to the train station. They did an early check-in which was really helpful given our little one was so tired.

We had a wonderful balcony room overlooking the town square and the mountains. The hotel sauna was very nice and great spot to recover after a hike. The restaurant has a beautiful outdoor terrace for dinner as well as a charming indoor section where we had an excellent breakfast each morning. The hotel is only about a 4 min walk from train station and right in the center of town.

SingaporeWe stayed at fourth floor and the lift only reaches third floor. Our room didn’t have a balcony (due to room type we pick), it is not hotel’s fault but we would love to have a balcony which has the unbeatable view of Jungfaujoch.
The property locates 3 mins walk from Wengen station, it took us no time to get there even with four big suitcases. Very close to kids playground and town play facilities. It is a more rusty style, but well furnished hotel especially the bathroom is new, clean and logically designed. Everything is very convenient, breakfast is all you need and very tasty. Very close to all hiking trails and we could do a small trial (3-4km) to Lauterhorn before breakfast! It is the first time we tried 3* with our little one, but this one does not disappoint at all!

For Dinner, I had the filet one evening and the Salmon the other and these meals were excellent! The staff was very friendly and courteous. And, at the breakfasts, the fellow travelers got to know one another as they exchanged what they had done or were going to do. It was a very pleasant stay.

I dont think you can have a better view in Wengen. The hotel is rustic enough and cozy, very clean, and has great food. Everyone working there was extremely polite and professional.

SwitzerlandA negative experience with one of the receptionists. She insisted that there was a bathrobe in my room, even though I knew there wasn’t. She asked another staff member to go to my room to "show me" and, unsurprisingly, no bathrobe was found, and she did not even excuse for her mistake. She was rude and arrogant. During check-out, I noticed her whispering to a colleague while I was asking for an invoice, which I felt unprofessional. Aside from this, the rest of my stay was okay.
The hotel was very nice, staff in the breakfast was amazing, very kind.
