We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The only things that could be improved are on the checkout process: 1) times: ideally it would be 11 am, not 10am considering the checking is at 16:00, which is late by general standards. 2) the suggestion of washing the dishes and placing them back in the cupboards. If you have breakfast, get the dishes in, wait for the washing to be done and put them back before checkout, you have to finish breakfast at 8am latest and the things will not be placed correctly and checked for the next guest. Getting everything in the dishawasher should be it 3) the rule of getting the garbage bag out. It is so easy for the cleaning employees to do it vs the tourist running around with the garbage bag to find the bins in the big parking… it doesn’t make sense.

GermanyThe cupboard that served as a door to the bathroom area was not big enough, so you had to cross a 30cm gap from the shower in full view of anyone sitting at the table (or in our ground floor apartment, people outside the window!) There was nowhere to store food, as all cupboards were already full. A step ladder to get the plates from the top cupboards would be a good idea, unless everyone in the group is over 180cm tall.... The curtains in the bedroom need to be a lot darker. It is impossible to get the room dark at night. Better explanation of how to access the ski lockers on the last day would be welcomed.
Perfect location near to the lifts, and the very well laid out ski lockers made it all very easy. Amazing shower, and well equipped kitchen. All very stylish. The room to leave luggage on the last day was appreciated.

SwitzerlandWe did not get what we booked through booking.com. We booked apartment with three bedrooms with large beds with three bathrooms but the property actually does not have this type of accommodation. One room had two separate beds and we had only two bathrooms. We explained we paid much more on booking com for more privacy as we were three couples, how ever they told us it is a mistake and that we paid for the view and upper flor and that mistake is on booking com. That was really disappointing and they offered us free spa for the time of our stay which still did not cover the difference we paid. However they only said it is mistake on booking.com and we should contact them as we paid through booking.com.
We like the location and the modern style.

The apartment is cozy, with all the necessary equipment ....and the special thing - with huge windows, so you can see the beauty of the Swiss Alps at any time. AustraliaIt’s a shame there is no wellness included. Signino hotel is expensive for families, absolutely ridiculous CHF 45 per day for a family for one pool and a couple of saunas. It’s also not convinced to walk there in winter in your wet clothes etc after skiing etc.
It’s very close and convenient for families as ski depot, restaurants, ski lift all very close. Rooms are very nice, clean and spacious (3 bedroom). It had all appliances and kitchen was great!

We first had an apartment on second floor, the view was blocked by another building. Upon our request the hotel changed to third floor, where we had a beautiful mountain view. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is amazing!

United Arab EmiratesThe weather was so hot and there was no fans or AC in the rooms.. upon entering the apartment there was small bugs and flys.. we use to keep our windows open at night to get the air circlating but there were people smoking under our window and the smell of smoke come in through the windows..
The staff and the amazing activities that the kids and family can take on are fun.. the staff helped us with diractions and provided guidance.. the rental store lady was helpfull and she helped the kids in chosing there scooters.. the place has so many activities next time i would like to stay more than 3 days..

SwitzerlandThere is not too much around and some of the bars had closed when we were there. Relatively low and skiing down may get a bit complicated with the snow getting very soft later in the season.
Great buildings and interior, close to the slopes and cable cars, clean, nice service, ski lockers included. And the ski region is great, with also some very nice restaurants on the slopes.
