We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaThe bathroom was external, outisde of the room and shared, but this was already known due to the informations in the booking. There was not really something, which was not good.
The hotel is located in the center of Sonogno, the "end town" of the Verzasca valley. From there you can make different hikes up to the mountains. It is a little bit away from the Valle Verzasca Bridge (Influenza-Selfie-Spot), but the whole valley is reachable by car or by post bus, which operates daily every hour with stops on the way. The hotel price value is quite good for Swiss price relations. It is quite basic, but has all what you need. Breakfast was included in the price and was good. Other meals can be bought there too (this hotel is also a restaurant). We slept well in the room. :) Hosts were nice.

NetherlandsIt is a very basic property, especially given the price. You pay purely for location. There is some mold in the showers, beds have little support, breakfast is not great. They did not send us the Ticino card, even though our hotel in Locarno managed to send it to us weeks in advance.
The location is amazing and the staff are very friendly! Quiet and peaceful.
