Was given a drink voucher on arrival then was told afterwards you can’t redeem it for an alcoholic drink so had to pay 25 CHF for a drink I wasn’t that bothered about having !

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel. Super friendly stuff, clean room, besutiful view feom the balcony, central location and just right next to the cable car. We enjoyed a lot!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, and having parking inside the hotel with elevator access directly to the room was so convenient. The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and a breathtaking view. The small kitchen was great for preparing quick meals, although there’s no stove. The bathroom was large and spotless, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome.

There was road maintenance beside the hotel but for only one night. Also the breakfast menu was not matching our expectations. Also the way to get to the hotel is narrow and little bit risky especially during raining time.

Very clean and well decorated suits .. the staff especially Markus was very friendly and supportive. The parking is safe and reserved for every guest.

There were roadworks outside the hotel when we stayed which were a bit noisy but thats not the hotels fault.

The hotel is beautiful and our room and view were amazing. Lovely complimentary meringues and water, a nice touch. The room was well appointed, a great coffee machine and all the staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was superb.

Best customer care ever, we arrived late and found out they reserved a parking place and table for dinner, super helpful personel, everything was great. Exccelent location, right near the cable installation (access to which was included in the price for the summer). The playgrpund near the hotel is a great asset when travelling with kids.

it was a bit hot in the room. But I was there in the mid of the heat wave.

the hotel is beautiful, located in the heart of the village, right next to cable cars. It was clean and everything looked new. Personnel was very kind, food was good. What I particularly liked were the little kindnesses like finding out my name was placed at the parking lot, so I had no troubles parking the car, table was being reserved under my name for dinner, extremely nice Spanish housekeeping girls on my floor etc.

Lovely and cozy hotel in true alpine style. Beautiful and big rooms, beautiful terrace with magnificent views to the mountains, good breakfast, friendly staff. Free parking available and you get a free transport card for the area.

The hotel is located in a great spot for travelers, next to cable cars that will take you up to the snowy mountains or down to the green village below, with great hiking trails all around in different difficulty levels. You can travel through the entire area by car, using this spot as your hub. The hotel staff is friendly and will provide all the information you need. The morning breakfast is very generous and the hotel operates a great restaurant and bar. So, if you are looking for an end-of-the-day beer or a good dinner, you have come to the right place.
