We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This beautiful gem of a hotel is certainly one to visit again. Everything about it exceeded my expectations. The building has been restored to an exceptional standard which is equalled by the friendly and welcoming owners.

GermanyIf you want to be out of the buzz of cities, this is a great place. Rooms are great, beds are great, everything is clean and works. The area is very quiet at night and you have the view towards the woods. The breakfast was good and of great quality, the staff is extraordinary!

SwitzerlandThe only thing I can think of is the fact that you need to go outside for like 20meters to get from the rooms to the restaurant ;). It’s the same building, but different entrance.
Charm effect is very high, nice rooms, minibars/fridge on the floor, with tea/coffee making, very clean, easy parking. Staff is very nice, they are also flexible with breakfast timing etc.
