We didn't like that the room was not cleaned (as in the floors) we were told there was a small brush and scoop to be used that was under the sink however very uncomfortable to use that for such a large room . All we wanted was someone to sweep the floor and that was not done even when directly requested to housekeeping.

We loved the resort location, it is close to restaurants, supermarkets, the spa and the kids magic carpet. It was perfect. The family suite is huge and well equipped with a full kitchen. The restaurant on site is superb, excellent food and delicious breakfast. The hotel staff at reception and the restaurant are magnificent.

We got put in a basement room, so we didn't really get the chance to fully enjoy the view. It was mostly obstructed by trees, which was quite disappointing.

Although some of the kitchen facilities did not work, there are replacement items to make up for the shortcomings. (electric pot, electric grill) I think it would be perfect if the cooktop came back there.

Cozy accommodation surrounded by the nature of the Alps. You can see sheep from the balcony, and there are many elements in the room that children will enjoy.

The coffee machine in the breakfast area, the coffee was watery and the taste mediocre. The staff at breakfast wasn’t very welcoming when we arrived at 7:40, saying that breakfast starts at 8 (we were told at reception that it did at 7:30).

No having 100 - 14 year olds (they were nice kids but DARN they can be loud just coming and going. And having the chaparones yelling in the hallways.... "time to get up!"

Great setting close to ski lifts. Clean. Very nice staff. Would give this place a full on GREAT review except it was unfortunate of us that 100 - 14 year olds were there on 2 buses. We were told it was a "take over" but wondered why were were allowed and would have been much better had we been notified months prior so we could have re-arranged.

The staff called us few days before our check-in day to ask if we need any help- which is very thoughtful. The receptionist let us check in earlier when the rooms are available, which is very kind and provided us useful guidance about where to go as well as helped to provide the information we needed. Highly appreciate.

We had a great view of the mountains across the valley. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel was very central but still quiet. We were also given free vouchers for the swimming pool at the Anzeré Spa across the road. Anzeré ia rhe great place for families. We will definitely come back to this hotel :)

I'd have liked to have had a bin and a kettle in our room. We made hot drinks by heating water in a saucepan and used a plastic bag from the Coop as a bin.

The room was clean, modern and had fantastic views! The beds were very comfortable and the room had plenty of space for our family of 3. The hotel is in the heart of Anzere, a 1 minute walk to the Spa, a 2 minute walk into the town square and a 5 min walk to the telecabins. The hotel provided us with QR codes to attend the spa for 2 hours free, and 50% off the telecabins which was ideal and greatly appreciated. The staff were really friendly and approachable, and answered any questions we had about the area. We will definitely be booking here again!

The pillows are terrible. If you have neck problems, maybe bring your pillow or ask for another one. At the end, we really didn't mind, but if there is something that was missing for the perfection of our stay, it was the ridiculously thin pillows.

One of those stays where you end up asking the receptionist on when you can book for the next season! :) The kindness of the staff was excellent, they answered every request we had. THANK YOU for that Eden resort! Our 3 bedroom appt was comfortable, and ideal for our group of 6 friends. Super location, very close to the lifts and the main square. We will def be back in winter 2024 :)

Nothing really much to write home about, perhaps the location did not have a lot of dining areas, just mainly other hotels, but this should not be seen as a big negative.

Everything, the view and scenery were amazing. Overall the place had a very welcoming atmosphere.
