Coffee machine was broken and couldn’t get replaced during our stay. No coffee offered by the staff before we left early in the morning…

We arrived hungry and tired at 21:07 (yes, of course, we were late - it’s holiday season and traffic delays happen), but were met with an unfriendly attitude at the restaurant. When we asked if it was possible to have dinner, the answer was simply “no” - no alternatives were offered, not even a drink at the bar. There was no access to even basic things like tea - no kettle in the room, and no hot water dispenser on the floor. The room wasn’t clean (we found dead bugs), the coffee machine didn’t work, and there was mold in the shower. :(

The location was amazing, with a stunning view from both the restaurant and our room.

Beautiful location and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The restaurant had a good variety on the menu and catered well for special dietary needs (such as gluten free). The staff were friendly and helpful.

For being a hotel in the Swiss mountains we missed alpine cheese at breakfast in the morning. The selection is rather limited.

Quiet and away from the noise of the town. Very nice (private) spa area.

I do not understand why there is not any vegetables on the breakfast?? Please fix it… the price for overnight is already high, you can afford some vegetables too :)

If you use the bathroom a loud noise ventilation is starting also, What gives that if you go at night for a short toilet that everyone will wake up because it took 15 minutes after you left that the ventilation only stop. Also during day it is loud enough outside bathroom. Lockers are there but skiboots heating was not working. We and other visitors mentioned but it did not change. 2 days in the middle of the week of ski season no shuttle activity. You can take car but you already pay daily parking separate for hotel and then extra for the ski parking. You can take own car or you walk a long way down with skis and shoes and bus connection halfway from there is really not ideal from that area. Same for walking to ski area. You can take a backpack with ski boots to go walking and take shoes for hiking but then you have to ski all day with your shoes in backpack. Not a disaster but price/confort worth mentioning.

The general areas are superb, however the room wasn’t as good as the rest of the hotel. It was clean and comfortable, just aesthetically the room was quite different. Saying that I would stay again.

We had an issue regarding our half board booking when we ate in the restaurant. This was raised when we checked out but was resolved by the manager in a very reasonable way.

The single room was clean, but older and very simple. The bathroom very tiny (the sink way too small). It was very noisy, isolation between the rooms or the outside was poor. Because the hotel is further away, the night was quit.

The Lobby, Skiroom and the Restaurant where very nice. There was enough parkingspace and the personal was helpful and friendly. The room was good heated. It was not far from the village when you are in good shape.

Breakfast choices could have been better. And some rooms were renovated and some rooms were older.

Very nice hotel with a great view of the city and the mountains. Family friendly hotel with good sized rooms. There is also a ski locker room. It is within walking distance to the city center, around 8-10 mins however since it is higher on the mountain, the return walk is a bit harder. Definitely recommended.
