Not very clean, dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty kitchen table top. I would expect more for the money.

The facilities and layout of the many apartments is very variable and unpredictable on booking. On this occasion I had booked a two bedroom unit but the second very tiny, single room was up a short, narrow and awkward staircase with dangerously low headroom for a normal adult. Fine for young kids! Sadly there was no oven which made meal preparation challenging and the power cable for the microwave appeared to have to reach a plug above the cooker! Our “balcony” was more of a tiny one person niche…only useful if you unfortunately have a smoker in the party!

Visited many times before. Lovely village on a quiet back road. Very well placed for the railway station, good parking and only 1 mile or so from a well stocked Co-op in Zuoz. The apartment was clean and well decorated, and furnished comfortably in the traditional style.

The oven works, but the dial is broken and is therefore not straightforward to use. The showerhead is also not fully installed.

The location is good, in a beautiful area. The bedrooms have separate beds or bunkbeds, which was ideal for us. We could check out later upon request.

Not big, but enough for a couple and one child. It is clean. Services are absent , very hard to get help for minimal requirements. Pillows are smal and very soft , almost empty. Safe was not functional. No courtain in the main room so prepare for lots of light at sunrise. No ski room. Very small balcony with nice wiew. Seems expensive but maybe not , taking into account that it is Switzerland.

The apartment is located in a small village , very well located and with splendid wiew. It is functional but not more. One parking spot in garage is a good think during winter nights. Two tiny ski areas nearby . Heating was good , no enoying saving policy. "8" is a bit overrated.

No salt and pepper in the kitchen, you really need to bring everything No coffee provided No shampoo or conditioner You have to clean the kitchen and dishes The pillows are really uncomfortable, on the second night we stuffed all the towels into the pillowcases and then we both slept a bit better, but it was fairly uncomfortable still

comfort average because beds are to small for people over 1,90 (which is quite normal in the Netherlands). Without a footend board it would be less a problem (feet can then stick out a bit).

clean, big bathroom, view overthe valley andsurrounding mountains, very friendly and helpfull staff. everything we needed was there.

We recently stayed at Hotel Miragolf unit 2 in Madulain for two nights. While the location was ideal—Madulain being just 20 km from Zernez, home of the Engadin Radmarathon, made it convenient to cycle there in the morning—the apartment itself had a few drawbacks that impacted our overall comfort. - The kitchen layout was cramped, with a microwave cabinet obstructing access to the fridge and misaligning the kitchen table from the ceiling lamp, which led to frequent bumps into the lampshade. - The two-burner stovetop was too small to fit two saucepans at once, limiting cooking functionality. - In Switzerland, it’s customary to provide individual duvets, however we booked a queen bed and got two single beds pushed together. - The shower consisted of a handheld unit in the corner of the tub. Its intense water pressure routinely blew the shower curtain open, soaking the entire bathroom. -The photos on the website are not accurate. We did not have an apartment with a view rather it was facing the back street and below grade. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality and accuracy of future listings, and I truly appreciated the convenience of the location for cycling events.

the property at $450 / night did not offer basic shampoo / toiletries when reviews said it was well equipped and you have everything you need. there was no manual with the explanation on the amenities or even the wifi code in the apartment : nothing. the contact with the personnel was very disappointing. the reception was closed and remained closed throughout our two nights stay. we were referred to calling a phone number. after a couple of calls regarding practical questions at time of check in , I was told, I need to talk to the receptionist or I need to send an email and was told I should not call this number. my questions were simple such as what is your wifi code, do you have a laundry facility… I finally got the Info but it was really not customer friendly and border line rude. this type of interaction can ruin your experience. we travel a lot and this was a big disappointment especially at this price. our apartment was all right but a bit depressing.

the location was great. the property was very basic but fine. it is expensive for what it is but this is I guess normal given the area.

The stay was pathetic, the photos showed on the website are deceiving. More unprofessional and unhelpful host it have i have ever seen. The apartment was dirty and so was the the linens. I had to shift to another property and had to let go all my money. You just cannot stay with a child here.
