The staff were welcoming and really couldn’t do enough for you. A lovely well run family hotel. Every member of staff were working hard to make the facilities and ambience perfect. A real little gem.

Located in Minusio and a short walk to the railway station makes this hotel a 4 minute train journey to Locarno. That being so this is an Ideal location to relax away from the city centre but close enough for easy access. Note also that the Swiss train system is reliable, clean and regular. The Remorino is excellent in every way, the staff especially, friendly, efficient, helpful. Our room was comfortable, everything you would expect. The choices at breakfast are many and will set you up for the day. Lastly, although set in a residential area, nice and quiet, the hotel has nice garden with a heated pool, a great place to come back to after a days sightseeing.

Amazing boutique hotel that exceeded expectations. A lovely welcome gift awaited us in the room which was a lovely surprise. The staff went above and beyond to assist with all our needs. Bonus discount vouchers for neighbouring restaurants made dinner a pleasant experience. Lovely pool to relax and unwind at. Delicious breakfast spread. Lovely gesture by the hotel with a departure gift as well.

Would be good if there are both coffee and tea in all rooms.

The rooms are big with nice big terrasses and great views to the mountains, lake and swimming pool. The hotel feels like a spa hotel with the excellent swimming pool (but without any treatments offered). The location is perfect - close to the lake and you can walk/ run by the lake. The hotel is only 15 mins walk from Locarno city. The rooms are expensive but nevertheless we would like to return for a couple of days at a later time point because it is high quality and excellent staff.

Absolutely incredible breakfast, so much variety and a true Swiss breakfast. The staff were amazing and always tried to help in any way they could. The pool area is also quite nice.

The staff was really nice,and welcome pack was such a sweet touch. The hotel itself is an old building but very well maintained and clean. You have everything you need including swimming pool, lake is in 3 minutes away as well as a train station.

The hotel is very clean, has a stunning view, very smiling and kind staff. The hotel gives a feeling of classic Europe (in terms of visibility, food, atmosphere), amazing!! If we return to Locarno it will only be to this hotel.
