I had a nice stay at the hotel. I was upgraded to a very spacious and beautiful suite, which was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality.

The bathroom was very spacious, but the shower cabin was extremely small and narrow, although there was plenty of space for a larger shower cabin.

The hotel is big, I got an upgrade of the room to the restored part of the building. Everything was amazing: the staff, the hotel itself, the room, the bed, the breakfast and the friendly reception staff.

Not too many restaurants options nearby but it is fine if you are not too picky.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Great facility and comfortable stay. Easy access by bus from train station or old town center. Beautiful and easy walk around the lake to old town center, thanks to the direction by front desk! Free shuttle van to train station!

The hotel meeds tefurbishment, mainly the open areas and the wellness is quite old and not up to the standard any more, the restaurant is open only for breakfast,

Bathroom was huge but the shower cabin uncomfortably small. No restaurant. Caters to groups. A less old annex totally destroys the architecture.

The hotel has classic old flair but lacks the prestige (and price, fortunately) of a Kulm. Beautiful, comfortable renovated room, comfortable bed, mountain view. Art nouveau interiors. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice (but empty) bar.

St Moritz is very expensive and since we had just come from Italy with the same mountains it was much better value south of the border. We self catered and did not eat out. A nice stop for couples but for a family at any time but especially in winter, it would cost an arm and a leg.

Wonderful breakfast and overall ambience in an older property with lots of charm. There was live music in the bar and free gondola lift tickets if you stay more than 2 nights. A nice location which is a nice 20 min lakeside walk into the start of town. Close to LIDL supermarket too. We went in summer and the weather was perfect with some snow still falling on the peaks.

The two young ladies at the front desk did their job but lucked an understanding of how to make to guessed feel welcomed. It felt like you were bothering them when you approached them.

The hotel had a lot of elegance and charm. The rooms are large and comfortable. You feel a certain history while walking the corridors. The lobby and bar are very nicely decorated. Excellent hotel. The bar tender Youssef was very friendly as well.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel other than I wish we had stayed longer! Will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel is very grand, and the interior is impressive. The rooms are specious and modern with a traditional feel. The breakfast was superb and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
