No aircon in the rooms and couldn’t open the doors due to the number of mosquitoes. The 2 bed was not big enough for 4 adults

Loved the views, the greenery. The reception staff were really kind and helpful.

Didn’t like the shower arrangement in our bathroom. Water got everywhere, all over the floor near the toilet.

Loved the setting, the friendly staff, the views, the playground, the comfortable beds, the shuttle service, and the Swiss restaurant. The property felt really safe and the kids could play outside while we stayed in the restaurant.

I would expect some basic amenities in the room like kettle, cups, and instant coffee. Had to walk to the other building reception in freezing cold at night to borrow a kettle.

The views are amazing, and loved the breakfast. Although we did not take the shuttle service, it sounded fun!

Long distance from town. Thankful for bus shuttle. But the shuttle only ran once every thirty mins town and fits only 8. Otherwise. Very good place.

Perfect place to be in S. Moritz. In a very quite place, Room was great, clean and shower was fantastic. Wellness area small but useful and complete. Breakfast was beyond expectations, lots of choice, mostly home made. I will probably be back in this place. The also gave a gift to my wife for her birthday, that was very kind !!

We changed the room after the first night. The first room was very noisy, ground floor with windows on the street where people talk two meters from us sleeping, also car parking to unload one meter from the window.. Also it was a family room where "parents bedroom" walked through to go to the bathroom or out . Very tiny and noisy.

Location, breakfast. Stuff was helpful to change rooms. The second panorama room was very beautiful and quiet.

It's just a few minutes to drive to the center of St.Moritz. Breakfast's buffet is good enough. Hotel has the own shuttle bus to slopes to ski.

I loved this place for its service from the moment they pick you up at the train station, the attention at the reception and the restaurant. My daughter had a birthday and they left a gift in her room.

The room was clean and extremely comfortable! The shuttle bus made getting to the town centre easy and stress free. Taxi’s can be expensive so using the shuttle several times a day was certainly a great help. The staff were very accomodating and helpful.

Parking is outdoor and need to walk from room, was not convenient when raining/snowing. Breakfast is very limited and dinner food in the restaurant was average.

the noises from neighbors they were bbq in the night in the front of the rooms and they were big group.. the hotel should put rules for big group or family to keep the noise down..etc.

The sliding doors inside the apartment did not isolate well from noise, so watching TV disturbs whoever is already asleep in the bedroom. Also they were a little difficult to move.

We liked everything. The room and the balcony with a view, the playground as well as the indoor playroom, the breakfast which had enough options, the restaurant for dinner. The staff is helpful and welcoming and there are tons of information material provided. Hope to be back soon.

This review is hidden because it doesn't meet our guidelines.

The dinner options of eating at the restaurant or salad buffet were not very satisfying, as the food options were limited and did not suit our taste. However, the buffet option does change on the weekend to a more enticing one, but we did not stay to try this out. The hotel is located a fair way from the town centre, and we did not have our own private transport so our only dinner choices were at the hotel.

We loved the free shuttle bus service, which was very crucial as the hotel is located in an area that is difficult to travel if you are on foot or do not have a car. The reception customer service was very good, they were kind, welcoming and very helpful. Our room had an amazing view of the mountains, which was very lovely to wake up to in the morning.
