We had to walk with luggage to an outer building up 3 flights of stairs to our room. Evening dinner was mediocre and fairly pricey. The waiter brought us an $11 euro bottle of water instead of offering us tap in an area where water quality is very good. I felt a little taken for that... This was a hostel in a very nice area. It was way overpriced for what we got.

Location is something to consider whilst booking. It you are with your own car, it is fine but with public transport, it can be a hell lot of mission.

Bus shuttle was a bit tricky to work with since winter schedule’s latest bus is 6pm and they wanted you to book ahead of time which is difficult when not knowing when you want to come back

The a la cart restaurant was not generous with meals... This was the only place in Switzerland to serve us HALF a rosti as a main course! No indication on the menu, and full price. St Moritz is known to be very expensive, but if you charge a lot, don't under-serve.

the location was not accessible by foot as you have to climb up after getting off from the bus because there isn't any direct public Trasport going straight to the hotel. The hotel does provide a free shuttle but it's not frequent.

It's very close to the nature and there are some nice hikes starts from the hotel

The listing on booking made it clear that parking and breakfast are optional with aditional pay but gave the impression that the wellness is included in the price. This was not the case. We needed to pay extra for that as well.

The price is extremely high for that room. 185 euro for a small room without a private bathroom is so far the most expensive accomodation I've seen. but its Switzerland, everything is expensive there.

The place is very cozy, the breakfast was good, everything is made with wood and it feels very hygge. Nature around. Not easy to get there without a car, but possible.

The hotel transfer is better to arrange in advance. The shuttle is not running between 10 and 15, and it would be so nice to have it available between those times also. The menu for dinner is rather small, not many dishes to choose from. in addition to that, the food did not worth the price; next day in the city we were able to find way better places for dinner. I guess if you are by car, your experience might be better than ours:)

A long way from town and limited free hotel buses running, so it's either taxis or a very steep 1km walk to the bus. Very expensive meal options, with nothing to cater for hostel guests. Be careful of the taxis who tried to charge more than the rate offered to Randolins guests to go into the town/station. Would be ideal if you had a car.

Room was comfortable and showers were great. Lovely view from the room and close to walking trails and one gondola. Beautiful setting.
