Nicely maintained, perfect for family, great interactions with the host

One of the double beds was really stiff and hard to sleep on. There was only enough bedding provided for 2 double beds and one single, so our family of 5 couldn’t use both twin beds for kids and 2 of our kids had to share a bed since there weren’t enough sheets. The host was very kind and offered to bring extra sheets on the second day but we only had one more night and didn’t want to change plans to accommodate a sheet restock.

Beautiful apartment, very convenient location and just minutes away from multiple restaurants and tourist attractions. The place is very clean and quiet. There is a store just 3 minute walk from the apartment to stock up on groceries and toiletries (there’s only hand soap at the property), and the kitchen has all utensils and cookware you might need. We checked in late (9 pm) due to our flight schedule, and the host was very welcoming. My family of 5 stayed for just a couple of nights and enjoyed our stay.

Excellent apartments - clean, cozy, warm. Large bedrooms and a living room with comfortable furniture. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Large balcony - it was nice to have breakfast. Very quiet green area, 2 minutes to the stop of tram number 14 - goes to the center without transfers. Large underground garage. Polite and smiling Thomas (speaks excellent Russian!). It was nice and touching to receive a present for my birthday. In general, excellent apartments. I highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Basel! The location is excellent—central, quiet, and very well-connected by public transport. The apartment itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living area is cozy and bright, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host was welcoming, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Basel.

The host didn't allow us to do a late checkout not let us keep the luggage there for few hours. He was not available to make arrangement for us.

The property was spacious and very clean. Parking was also very convenient. The owner went above and beyond to drive us to a store to buy a cake for our son’s birthday as we arrived late. This experience made us feel very welcomed and created a very warm feeling.

Great location, conveniently located between two tram lines that give options for connecting from the Basel SBB train station and for getting around town. The apartment was in good condition and was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and linens in great condition.

Awesome location with a wonderful host and beautiful facilities. The apartment is close to the old town and a host of restaurants, but far enough away that it’s still quiet. Wonderful space and well appointed. Also had a parking in the basement!

High quality apartment. We were traveling with a one year old and a six year old, and it worked great with kids. It was convenient to everywhere we need to go. Tomas (the host) was flexible and accommodating.

This is a nice location near the river. Also easy to use the strassenbahn nearby. The kitchen has nice appliances. Great balcony! We enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment is exceptionally beautiful and perfectly equipped. It has many decorative pieces, which add to the beauty, but make the apartment a bit difficult with small children.

The clothes dryer vent I believe was clogged. It got very hot and unable to control it. I took over a hour to dry things that would normally dry in 20 minutes. Do to no AC and it was in the mid 90's could have used better fans.

The amount of seating in the lounge was limited for a group of 6. The fridge freezer stopped working and spoiled our food. The owner brought a replacement fridge that turned out to be a freezer. This again spoiled our food. Compensation for this has been declined even with contact through Booking.com! The owner says the fridge now operates correctly between 8-10 degrees celcius. I would await food poisoning as it should operate at 3-5 degrees celcius. We feel like we are being blamed for damaging a fridge by placing goods in it and trying to extort compensation from the owner.

The property was very clean and reasonably comfortable. Set in a nice area and close to the centre via a nice walk along the river.
