Nice room, excellent restaurant in the hotel next door. Nice bedding and very soft towels. Clean. The only thing was the bell in the town rings every 15 minutes all day AND all night. So if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. This isn't specific to this hotel but the town. Our stay was great even if sleep was disrupted.

Room two has adjoining door to room one. The door did not block any noise. It was like being in the same room with the strangers on the other side of the door. Not very restful at all, as the other tenants were very active

Couldn't leave balcony doors open due to constant through traffic (even though a sleepy town). This meant the balcony couldn't be enjoyed. Small bathroom. European pillows are all too soft and collapse but these collapsed the worst. No coffee pods - host was happy to reimburse if we bought some. No washing machine detergent

Good sized room. Balcony with lovely mountain views. Coffee machine. About 7mins walk from train station (note, a bit steep on the way back). Denner supermarket right next door. We chose Sedrun because this hotel was good value. Sedrun is a small sleepy town surrounded by beautiful mountains and flowers.

Loves the location in a small Swiss town. The time of the year allowed to see the magic of snow, as well as gorgeous sceneries. The room was cozy, clean offering beautiful views of the town and mountains around. A small supermarket just across from the hotel entrance. Lukas the host was very friendly and helpful.

The room was quite noisy, as it is located right on the road — we kept waking up during the night because of the traffic and also the church bell. The materass are not confortable. On top of that, the third bed wasn’t prepared, and I was asked to pick up the bed linen in the basement. This could have been even acceptable if the price had been lower.... overall it was disappointing.

How long have you got. It was really dated. The beds were close to breaking. Not enough pillows. Room was stifling but couldn’t open windows due to road noise. Requested fan but was denied. Requested extras pillows but was denied. Rooms are really outdated and need refurbishment. Advert shows laundry and TV facilities but both not available. Neither was restaurant below.

I arrived after 10pm on a Sunday night. The place looked closed for the night no lights on at all. eventually found the unlocked door to the foyer. Once there,there are further instructions on how to get your room key.

I take the blame for not checking the location properly. I booked while travelling and wanted something close to the Gotthard Tunnel. I didn’t realise the location was measured by (crow flying). It was 2hours out of my way. I was exhausted at arrival with limited internet (due to location) therefore the “self check in” was very difficult. Language barrier added to the frustration. Tired and hungry I had to complete an “online” form, download my passport and give reason for my stay for one night before I could access my key. There was no breakfast nor any where to buy breakfast and it’s still not clear if the price included breakfast. Anyway we left in the morning to travel the 2 hours back to our route with no breakfast. The accommodation is not a hotel. It is not self catering. There is no fridge, kettle or any cooking facility and no reception.

We were traveling and arrived late at night, so we decided on this hotel, which had a 24/7 self-check-in. When we got our key, we opened our room and found out the room was dirty?! The bed wasn't made, and the dirty towels were on the floor. Nobody answered their phone, even though there was supposed to be a 24/7 number. We had to try three different keys to find a clean room. To make it even worse, there wasn't any hot water. So, no nice shower before bed. The location was beautiful but a hassle, and I wouldn't go here again. I contacted the owner but only got a lame apology. No compensation whatsoever.

No flat screen TV (as is stated) just a projector. Extremely noisy, we scarcely slept, the hotel is right beside the main road. No air conditioning, you have window & door open, so you are much more affected by the traffic noise. Bed linen also had a strange smell. We got up very early and were happy to leave. My bed was ok, my partner's bed was very creaky.
