Nothing I couldn’t fault about the property, was very good value for money.

This hotel, was perfect location for the festival I attended in Winterthur, and only 10mins walking distance into the main village. I was solo travelling and felt completely safe as young girl on my own in this hotel. The main guy on reception was very pleasant and kind. Breakfast was also very good too. Would come again, if I was attending the festival again.

Nothing at all

The room was clean, well-kept, and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location meant I had easy access to shops, cafés, and restaurants within minutes. For a quick stopover in Winterthur, Centra Hotel offers great value and comfort.

Few observations which the hotel management must pay attention without delay, firstly the bathrooms (doors, toilet seats etc) need attention.

The location is nice. Though the hotel is not very big, the rooms are quite comfortable. The breakfast could be made more attractive by offering more food options such as omelette, scrambled eggs etc.

Cadi, one of the staffs, was friendly and helpful. Location is roughly 5 min walk from Winterthur station. Nearby are Coop and a few restaurants.

The room is spacious enough and clean. Easy check in. Instructions are well given. It is one of the cheapest hotel in Zurich. Near to establishments like Supermarkets, restaurant and the best of all just 3mins walk from the Train station. But its near the road so the noise from the cars is almost non stop but I am not bothered by it

Breakfast was good, location was perfect. Even though it was very warm during the night, we could get a fan from the reception to use. The room was also very big and spacious.

Breakfast was very poor. We arrive half an hour before closing and there was nothing to eat, no bread, no croissants, and all trays empty. We ask about the poorness and the assistant told they forget doing the shop, no convincent explanation. To give that is preferible to not offer the breakfast service.

Nice hotel, basic to stay a few days. Spacious room and good bathroom. Very near central station. A good option to pay less than in central Zurich, in 10 minutes you are there.

Bathrooms are small.

It's a nice hotel, not far from the train station (4-5 minutes' walk). It has a restaurant downstairs, 70/30, which was open until 8:30 PM. An English breakfast is also served at the same place. Room access is through codes; there are no keys. The reception and restaurant staff spoke English and were very nice to us.

We wish the bathroom were slightly bigger. It is an old building, but nice.

The management team was very helpful. I had booked two rooms for family members who arrived on different days, two distinct categories, one room for 4 nights and another for two nights. As rooms were located on two different floors, I requested nearby rooms, and they upgraded us to a nearby family room. This was excellent courtesy. The rooms are set up with the traveller's comfort in mind. They have tea/coffee and ironing in the room. Beds were comfortable. Both reception and restaurant staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast, we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very, very helpful receptionist at check-in.
