Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesA comfortable sitting lounge area with a view would be appreciated. In warm weather the outdoor lounging areas were nice- but we had snow!

FranceOur room had narrow stairs going up to bed. They can be tricky going up and down.
The quiet atmosphere was great. No cars, didn't hear other guests, dinner was peaceful with great food.

SwitzerlandEverything's fine.
Great room (two floors connected by a steep ladder) with a picturesque view to the Fex-valley. really quiet, because it's outside of the village, situated in a small hamlet in the Valley. You can reach the hotel also by feet in about 15 minutes from the next bus station by following a beautiful track throng a canyon and over mountain meadows...so don't come with a trolley case...:-)

United KingdomIs like a prison, no cars allowed here, they do inform you but only after booking( is usually non refundable so you can t do anything already). They have shuttle which is only pre booked few times a day and outside of these hours they charge you ridiculous amounts and very rude when you ask them.Restaurant is vegetarian only so if you not vegetarian and want to go for dinner you have to spend few hundreds just to get to main street.we said we want to go out on evening as that s why we come to st moritz and they started laughing telling me i have to walk 5kms each way…we left after first night and there many better options where you can avoid all these issues. Rooms are very outdated, staff not so polite
Worst place we ever been

SpainThe shuttle bus offered only works until 18:00 forcing you to have dinner a the hotel or greatly limiting your dinner options, they did offer an extra shuttle for 60€ but that would be maximum until 22:00 meaning if you had a dinner at 20:00 you would have to literally leave int he middle to reach the shuttle. Non sensical in my opinion. The hotel is vegetarian, thus if you are lactose intolerant prepare yourself as their morning menu is mainly composed of cheese, milk, yoghurt and all dairy products. They did offer alternative such as bread and cereal, for those non gluten the options are limited, all they had was bread. So if you are lactose intolerant and Celiac your breakfast will be reduced to either eggs, hard as rock apples or hard as rock kiwis for that is all the fruit they had. For those seeking rich in protein breakfast this is not your place.
The hotel is located in the middle of a reserved park, which for those looking to do trekking is great, for people looking to ski and get to know the area plus have dinner outside the hotel this is not the place. It is in the middle of nowhere with very limited access. The hotel staff was truly nice, you could see they wanted to please the clients and were willing to help if needed. From the boss to the shuttle driver they were all very candid and warm. Something to be appreciated.

United StatesThe dinner was overpriced ($3.00 for a glass of tap water?) $14 for wine that was already off?).The staff was uninterested in trying to help me solve transportion issues. I have never been in a facility where, to a person, the staff was seemingly bored and checked out. The driver who took me back to my car at the end of the trip was the exception. No water in the room (an empty carafe) Hair dryer didn't work.
