Really good breakfast even homemade cakes, friendly staff, loved the 24 hour use of facilities with the coffee machine and different tea’s to choose from. Fully equipped kitchen which we took full advantage of as we’re travelling on a budget. Took a short bus ride from the train station and close walk to Bern centre. Perfect stay if you are going to Bern!! Don’t be put off by the shared bathroom and the shower is amazing. Oh and the beds are so comfy and the duvet was lovely

Well located near public transport, a quick walk over the bridges to the old city. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Breakfast and all day coffee was terrific.

A nice hotel which is a 10-15 min walk from the main train station, or a very short direct bus journey. Good breakfast, including some homemade cake! Comfortable single room with a shared bathroom - all very clean and affordable.

I felt the lady in the office/bureau could have been more warm and friendly. I felt like I was a nuisance to her day.

My room was very clean. The shower cubicle/box was incredibly small but it worked. The 24 hour coffee/tea machine is a godsend.

Exceptionally nice and helpful people. Very nice and quiet location, 15 minutes walk to the Hauptbahnhof. Big room with a balcony and very good breakfast included. Perfect.

Vehicle noise in the courtyard was unexpected. Unfortunately, the owners of the motorcycles like to rev their engines in the courtyard. You do have to take some sort of transportation to get to the areas in Bern that you want to see, but I did expect this. The public transportation is very efficient and easy to use and did not cause much inconvenience. Breakfast a bit on the boring side.

This is a lovely place with lovely people managing. Very comfortable and nice to be a bit in the suburbs. It is easy to get to the main train station using the buses. Staff is excellent at being very helpful with directions and things to do.

Whist not a fault of the hotel, Breakfast time was very busy and most of the hotel guest was there in the small room between 9am and 9:30am so you had to wait for a table to become free. For the cost of the room, which whist basic and included everything we needed for 1 night was expensive.

Came for the Women's Euros and the Hotel was located half way between the stadium and the main old town, both walkable, but also with good bus transport link. Reception staff were amazing and made us very welcome. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was a traditional continental one, made up of cheeses, cold meats, cereals, yoghurts, fruit and a wide assortment of breads as well as juices and Good coffee

Small shower. Could have been clearer that we needed to book hotel car parking as only a couple of spaces available. Needed to find ( and pay) for street parking.

Helpful staff. Good breakfast and nice to have free, help yourself tea and coffee 24/7. Good location for walking into Bern centre.

Very warm in the room due to the heatwave. There was a fan in the room but it only made a small difference.

20 minute walk from main train station, and 10/15 walk into the old town. Very friendly staff. Large room and comfortable bed. Two shared bathrooms on the floor, very clean with a good quality shower.

The officer have a good service mind and very supportive to stay and travel a lot. Have a coffee and sweet all day. We can leave our luggage although we have already checked out with Evelyn kindness. So next time I will come back to stay this hotel again.

size of room was bit on the small size. Had to catch buses to get to accommodation so not as central as other places. Comfortable, staff were great, shared bathrooms clean.

Genuinely nothing I disliked.

Arrived early to drop off my bag but the room was already ready! The lady at the front desk was very helpful, getting me set up with the Bern Ticket. Easy journey to the train station. The room was large and bright, plenty of space to open the suitcase. Very comfortable bed. Great modern bathroom. Nice balcony (there was a concert outside one night I stayed that I could listen to from my balcony!). Lots of good local restaurants. Great breakfast included. Excellent value for money. Would happily return, especially as the city is just stunning, loved my time here. Drinks available at all times, also like the recycle station in the breakfast room, I wish more hotels did this.

I didn’t realize that the bathroom wasn’t attached to my room. But this was only a minor inconvenience.

The location was great, very easy to get into the old town by bus or bike share, and also within walking distance is nice restaurants, wine bars, and gelato. The balcony was very charming, and the breakfast area opened onto a nice courtyard.

Breakfast was fairly basic, no cold milk to go with the cereal, but can't complain as it was included in the price of the room. The road nearby was a little noisy.

The room was functional and had a balcony. Staff were really helpful on what to do in Bern and offered left luggage after check out. Free transport in Bern during your stay with the Bern welcome app code provided was great. Close to a bus stop that linked to the train station. Was great to have breakfast included in the price of the room.
