RomaniaI wish some basic things to be included for the stay (like douche gel, paper towels, dishes machine detergent, taxed garbage bags...and a broom would be useful, too). A microwave would be great, too. The centralized (at door entrance) lightning system takes a lot to figure it out, you never know which button to press from the panel :) Kitchen is very basic in terms of crockery. Good sound proofing for the windows but not between the floors of the building, you will hear steps above you. No heating with radiators - means drying your clothes on a rainy day is impossible.

United KingdomSecure wifi would be good rather than the open system, a toaster would have been useful but assume these are not provided as they tend to set off fire alarms frequently.
Excellent service and instructions for collecting keys , apartment was superb and close to the parsen funicular, Ski back to the apartment down the black run also good although late afternoon snow was slush so take it steady, Reception lady was really helpful sorting ski passes and discount card for ski hire.

United StatesOnly small gripes would be no soap, shampoo, or other items we're used to having laid out at most places in which we stay. We had to use bathroom sink softsoap for showers the first night. Perhaps also a small bakery bag of bread for late arrivers from overseas so we could wake up and have at least something on which to snack along with a starter set of pods for the coffee machine. This would give people at least a jump start and allow them time to buy supplies without being foggy headed and hangry.
Incredible accommodations for 3 generations of my family in two rooms. Comfortable, clean, functional. We could cook in one and dine in another. Location was phenomenal with ski/snowboard off access from Parsenn. We definitely plan to come back!

- The girl in the reception was so kind and supportive she provided us all guides and info about Davos. - Parking on premises with additional cost but it's ok and safe. - They are flexible in the check-out time. - We got a transportation and town card for free. - a lot of beds available in the room. - Quite area and good location

SwitzerlandIt's located at the end of a ski piste, this also means it's on the height and the street leading to it is quite steep. When it's snowy or icy, the access is more difficult for elderly people or cars without chains.
Everything looks new and modern. The flat is spacious. The staff called me back immediately after I asked a question by chat. It's located right a the end of a ski piste.

United Arab EmiratesThey asked for my credit card details through email so that they can do the check-in online and that the receptionist will leave before we arrive. I contacted booking and the agent from booking contacted the resort and comfirmed that i dont have to share my credit card details since i made the reservation through booking. However, the resort contacted me again before arriving to share my card details they told me that i will not be able to check-in and there will be no one at the reception to check me in when i arrive if i didnt give the details, although i payed the full amount that was non-refundable through booking website. I was disappointed with the receptionist’s attitude during my visit. I felt that the interaction was not welcoming or professional, and it left a negative impression. Her name was catalina, she was very rude during check-in and check-out.
The location was good. And the living room was spacious but the rooms were very small.
