The room, but unfortunately the unpleasant smell interfered if you closed the windows. The cleaning of the rooms was not professional, there was no soap in the shower and at the request to change an empty bottle in 5 nights and did not wait, forgot to change towels and had to go to the registration for a bathrobe. There is also one umbrella, although there is a room for two. There is no phone in the room and you have to go downstairs for every request. It's a pity, but such trifles seem to unpleasantly spoil the impression...

The property itself is a little tired, but good service and choice of activities is good We stayed during the week hence value for money was good. Not sure there is value for money when a night costs 700€ (mostly over the weekend)

The infra is nice with 2 swimming pools, saunas. The free shuttle bus to Ascona and Locarno is a big plus and was helpful The staff was very nice and helpful

A bit too expensive and, this is feedback for the restaurant: the vegetarian options were not that good. The hollandaise sauce was sour and for 28,- I expect better quality and quantity (6 thin asparagus + 3 little potatoes that don't taste as good as the one I make at home).

Big, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast! I loved their cappuccino and my partner praised their chocolate cake. We also liked that they had an indoor and outdoor pool that was deep enough to swim properly. The room was also very spacious. The park is just amazing.

The place is a bit old but absolutely clean and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. A beautiful and delicious breakfast buffet in a very nice, well spread and spacious restaurant.

One thing that we don't understand is that because of the dog, they asked us to have breakfast at the bar tables, even though the tables for breakfast are not in the same room the food is placed and served. so we had to walk a lot to pick the food and go sit and eat. It's not necessary, in my opinion. I like the temperature of water hotter than they apparent limit the supply for the bathtube

Really good place to go with family, very kind staff and very comfortable and clean room and bathroom. It was the first trip with our 5-month-old baby and our dog. For baby, they provided a comfortable crib, and for the dog also a blanket, water pot, and biscuits. In order to do not disrupt the breastfeeding time near lunch, they kindly allowed late checkout. Very attentive.

The thing that I didn't like was that the room was on the floor above the restaurant and in the evenings till 11-12 o'clock we can hear moving tables, as early in the mornings when they prepared the restaurant for the breakfast. Also the room was not sound proof, because we can hear our neughbours talks.

Me and my family liked a lot how friendly the staff was. The food in the restaurant was tasty and a little bit pricy :-))). The SPA center is nice. Spacious room.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much we came back. We had to rebook and the hotel was very kindly flexible with our rebooking. The breakfast is delicious, staff are friendly, and hotel is perfectly located especially with the free bikes. We can't wait to be back.

The spa pool needs a new thermometer. It was just a few degrees too cold. 36 degrees would be the temperature to aim for.

Only things we were missing a bit were a proper second mirror outside the bathroom and a more luminous lamp on the ceiling. Otherwise the room was very well equipped and comfortable.

Very charming hotel, the staff was very kind and lovely and the spa was very relaxing. Perfect for a weekend stay to see both Locarno and Ascona.
