The staff could be friendlier, esp. at breakfast. A hotel of this category should offer a tea making facility and a coffee machine in each room.

The SPA is really nice, esp. the outdoor jacuzzi. Amazing view on the mountains. Cake buffet in the afternoon is very nice; unfortunately no free coffee. Breakfast was very good, many choices

Daily room cleaning could have been more thorough. The pet fee was 30 CHF per night but no extras were provided, e.g. dog bed, bowls or treats.

Very good location with nice views. The staff were attentive and friendly. Great decoration, the lobby felt like a cosy living room. The quality and offer at the breakfast buffet was excellent. Free parking provided.

The spas and sauna were beautifully appointed and enjoyable. A good size indoor swimming pool was a bonus. Great breakfasts. Good design deco throughout the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Attention to detail very much appreciated. The location was excellent.

The system of reservation for breakfast, with rooms pre-assigned to a specific table. Who does that, really? We were among the first customers at breakfast and were offered the worst table of an empty restaurant. Never seen something like this

The personnel in the hotel is so nice and kind. The spa seems to be recently renovated. It’s very comfortable- the location, parking, even an electric charger. We had a wonderful time and could relax completely

From the moment we arrived, we felt most welcome. We arrived three hours before check-in and were able to go to the SPA immediately. Massage was brilliant. The room was lovely and breakfast very tasty. Staff were helpful and sweet. We’ll definitely come again and recommend this to anyone in need of some relaxation.

Quiete expensive

Our vacation at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! Great spa complex with outdoor heated pool and mountain views included in the price. Delicious and varied buffet breakfasts, plus the option to order eggs any way you like. Dinners in the restaurant are also very tasty, with a different menu every day. Both elevators are located in walking distance, you can go already with equipment.

It's a tad annoying that the Finnish sauna opens only at 16. And that so many people are allowed at the spa at the same time.

Room was a bit hot and small and there was a moth in the room which made a hole in my jumper.

Everything. The hotel is lovely. The terrace has a beautiful view. The spa is wonderful. The breakfast was great and the staff kindly kept mine for me later. The staff were incredibly kind. The hotel provides a lift pass free of charge.

The Spa is really wonderful. A 3 hour hike in the mountains above Adelboden followed by 90 minutes in the pool steam baths, and sauna really recharged my energy. Dinner was wonderful. Fine food, excellent service.

I ordered a ribeye stake at dinner in the restaurant (68 CHF) and it was terrible. I would not recommend. However, the tomato soup, vegetables, bread and spread were all excellent.

The high rating starts with the people on staff - they were excellent in every way. The rooms are very well appointed and appear to be recently updated or remodeled. I did not use the spa facilities so cannot speak to that. the breakfast was very good as well.
