It was very noisy, not the close proximity to the main road but the walls are thin, the doors are old and if anyone in the hotel opens and closes a door you will hear it in the entire building. The breakfast was also very minimalist, nothing bad but still.

The hotel and rooms are in need of rennovation. Pillows had cigarette smell. Breakfast is poor (old bread). While there is a lot of Italian staff running the restaurant, we had trouble getting to speak to someone being responsible for the hotel; took us about 2 hours to pay our bill.

If you're not too critical and looking for a relatively affordable stay in Fiesch before/ after going into the mountains, Hotel Park offers ok value for money (given that it's Switzerland). Good restaurant attached.

Unfortunately there were loud parties and smoking in the room beside me until the early hours which made getting rest difficult. The smoke got into my room which wasn't much fun either. It was the ski season and i looked carefully at the hotel policies after the first night, admittedly there is nothing explicit written there saying "no parties", perhaps this is normal in the ski season and i was naive to expect to get rest? I complained to staff (over messaging because of language issues) and received a response but the noise continued of an evening, though at least it stopped at midnight after that. I am not clear about parties and smoking during the ski season, but perhaps it is something to be aware of.

The price was great and the location excellent for a stay in the mountains. As a budget hotel in Switzerland it is quite normal to share a bathroom (this is also clearly stated in the booking, so i dont understand the reviews which complain about this). The room is tidy and has everything one needs, even a balcony! And breakfast is generous.

It was very hot inside rooms during hot days, most of electric sockets were deactivated do it was difficult to charge all phones in the night. It was required to book another room for children despite the fact that another double bed was prepared in the room but not available on booking. The hotel require refurbishment in my opinion

A bit old and dated interiors, but everything is really exepensive here in Switzerland, so we had lower our standards when searching for a deal on hotels.

It was just a walk from the lifts. Nice staff. The beds were less hard than what i usuall in many places in europe.

The upper bunk bed was too close to the ceiling, making it difficult to sit up straight, so we couldn’t use it comfortably.

It is located in what I believe is the best spot, right in the center, where you can see the Alps up close. With its friendly staff and wonderful breakfast, it exceeded my expectations. If I were to visit again, I would definitely choose to stay at the same place.

I stayed here because I was participating in a trail running event. Even though I had checked out in the morning due to time constraints, there were still shared shower rooms available for me to take a shower after the event. (Please remember to bring your own towels.)

My room was very small, and sparsely furnished. There was no soap available, just a few small packets of shampoo in the room.

The Hotel Park has seen better days. It was worn looking and old feeling. The main door was always open and there was no one at the hotel from the staff-- it's operated by a hotel about 100 meters away.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing and did not meet basic expectations, especially for the price. From the moment I entered the building, I was greeted by the pervasive smell of cigarettes, which extended into the room itself. The beds were not only extremely soft but also clearly worn out, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the bed sheets carried the same cigarette odor as the building. The bathroom was in poor condition, with mold visibly present on the shower curtain and other areas, raising serious hygiene concerns. Adding to the inconvenience, there was no reception desk in the hotel itself—guests were required to go to a different hotel to check in, which felt unprofessional and inconvenient. The breakfast service was underwhelming. While the cappuccino was enjoyable, the rest of the breakfast spread was overly simplistic and sparse, lacking variety and freshness. Communication with the staff proved difficult as most of them spoke primarily Italian and had very limited proficiency in German or English. Overall, for the price, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of comfort and service. I cannot recommend it and hope the management takes steps to improve these issues for future guests.
