There is a gap between the floor of the living room and badrooms, that made us injure our toes. The owner promised to fix it. Also desptive that there is a washing machine there was no detergent. In the check in process we had to take the keys from another appartment, 300 meters away. I'm not sure they allow lare check in.

Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, with easy tram and grocery store access. The lake is a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is spacious and was great for my family's stay.

It was expensive for what it offers, internet was too slow, not usable at all. You will collect the key far from the property. Just follow the instructions well. Also, there is no supplies. So if you will laundry just few pieces of clothes, insert a powder detergent in your luggage. Or else, you’ll end up buying a big sized liquid detergent from coop, because only big ones were available. But it’s okay, I left mine for the next guests.

Near to supermarkets so you can get anything you like. Fully equiped kitchen even with a coffee machine (nespresso) and a toaster! Near to a train station, city center and central station. Beautiful neighborhood near to the lake and very quiet. Near to many restaurants.

This apartment was very spacious and clean with all of the facilities you may need. The apartment was safe and secure and in a nice neighbourhood. It is within walking distance to parts of Zurich city and is near tram and train stations if needed. The host is extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions if necessary.

The flat is on the ground level, and we couldn't leave the windows open at night. The apartment was hot without AC. The towels were very old and smelly. The bed sheets were smelling like urine. There were no toiletries. We had to purchase shampoo, body wash, hand soap and toilet tissues. We stayed there for one week, and there were only 3 rolls of toilet tissue. I asked for new towels, and the host brought them and left them on the ground by the doorstep. When I asked her why she left them on the ground, she told me that there is a washer and dryer in the apartment, and I should wash them to my liking. When I did that, the dryer wasn't working, so I couldn’t dry the towels. The kitchen also lacked the basic supplies and equipment.

The apartment was spacious and located near the tram station, train station Zürich Stadelhofen, and the river promenade, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

We have a very bad communication with the host at the stage of check in process. It was very difficult to find the keys and enter the apartment. Although the apartment was full of dust and spider webs.

Apartment was in a quiet neighbourhood near the lake of Zurich. Tram station was two minutes away on foot.

Terrible internet...had a lot of problems as connectivity was bad...kept saying g failed. Wish there were coffee & tea provided as it was difficult to not get a hot drink as soon as we arrived ftom Airport after a lo g flight. Coffee & tea and basic stuff should hv been provided. The key box was not functioning with the code provided—the lock appeared to be stuck. I eventually managed to retrieve the key directly from the slot. Additionally, there were no shampoo or shower gels available, even though the website stated they would be provided. This should be updated, as it was unexpected. I don’t mind purchasing them myself in advance as I planned the trip but it was wasting time to buy them after arrival. The bathroom was not clean, and the internet connection was very poor. I had to set up a workaround by connecting my family’s devices through my phone to access the internet. Lastly, the floor is uneven—I stubbed my toes while walking from the bathroom to the living room.

The location is great and it is near the lake.
