Easy to get to by public transport. Beautiful surroundings. Family run business with friendly warm greeting. Room spaceous, clean and great views. All staff so helpful and catered for vegan and gluten free diets. Great area to sit out in to both eat and relax with a drink. Varied food menu to a high delicious standard. Many thanks to Claudia, Eros, Dan and Lynda for making is so welcome. Looking forward to returning.

The room was very basic with minimum amenities.

Location is the main value of this hotel. Spent there two nights will visiting the valleys and antient villages and bridges. Private parking is also of great value. The garden is just above a small river is wonderful.

It's Europe so to be expected, but the bell tower rings every hour, on the hour, 24/7-Hard to sleep:)!

It was reaaaaally hot at night and there is no air con or fans. Maybe having a fan handy would be nice or at least put fly screens on the windows so that’s its possible to leave them open.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, but the food in the restaurant was just ok. With some salt and pepper it became a little better.

Fantastic location just minutes away from Ponte dei Salti and with gorgeous views. The room was big enough for the two of us for a two nights stay. The breakfast had some delicious cheeses and meats and definitely enough with choices.

The owner of the place is a nice, kind woman. The room was very clean and there was also a balcony with an amazing view. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Don't miss this hotel!

EVERYTHING! It was an amazing stay--comfortable, clean and wonderful food. The owners were wonderful too! It was a perfect location as well.

Unfortunately, the food is bland and overpriced. It is also the only food available in the area that is within walking distance. We felt that we were charged for more than what we received but could not contest it as it was all written by hand illegibly. Most of the food was made from the same free bread that you get for free in the morning. The pasta dishes lacked taste and were very expensive considering. Again, breakfast was incredible, but the dinner was majorly lacking.

The location was incredible, right across from the river. Staff was kind. They had a deer farm behind the hotel as well which was a surprise to us. Overall we had a great time!

I love the hotel’s location along the Verzasca River, the staff, the accommodations and the restaurant. Really, everything! A beautiful waterfall is located right next to the hotel…you can eat on the patio with the sound waterfall and the sight of the water. The river is directly across the street and the Ponte dei Salti bridge is in the immediate area…maybe 500 yards up the road. There are nice (and long) hiking trails, numerous rustic towns to visit, and the Verzasca Dam is just down the road. The hotel staff is very warm and inviting, and I was relieved to find they had an English speaker (actually, several) on staff.
